Important Warnings

Specifications
- Torque Range: 10 - 110 N.m = 7 - 81 Lb-ft
- Accuracy: ±3% clockwise and ±4% counterclockwise
Operation

1. Unlock
Unlock the scale adjustment mechanism on the torque wrench handle.

2. Adjust
Rotate the handle to set the desired torque value on the scale. The scale typically consists of a main marker and a fine adjustment scale.

3. Align Scale
Align the main marker on the scale with the desired torque value. Ensure the fine adjustment scale also reads the correct value.

4. Lock
Lock the scale adjustment mechanism to secure the set torque value.

5. Apply Torque
Apply force to the torque wrench handle. When the set torque value is reached, you will hear and feel a distinct "click" from the handle. Stop applying force immediately upon hearing and feeling the click.
Note: Do not apply additional torque after the wrench has reached its set torque value.
Standard Compliance
Mastercool calibrates each torque wrench at the factory according to DIN ISO 6789 & ASME B107.14M, certifying that it meets the accuracy requirements of specifications DIN ISO 6789 & ASME B107.14M-1994.
Care and Maintenance
- After using the torque wrench, please remember to adjust the torque scale to zero and store it in its box.
- The torque wrench is lubricated and should not be oiled.
- The torque wrench is a precision measuring instrument. Calibration must be done regularly to ensure accuracy. The suggested calibration period is at least annually or every 5000 uses.
- Never disassemble the torque wrench yourself. For any need to disassemble or repair the torque wrench, please contact the factory for assistance.
