Printing on a Computer
Follow the sequence of the pictures to operate.
- Insert label straightly and smoothly. The printer will automatically grab it. Hold the Feeder button until the blue light flashes 2 times for label calibration.
- Download the corresponding Printer Setting Tool for your computer system (Windows or macOS).
- Connect your computer and printer via USB cable.
- Select your Wi-Fi and enter the password.
- Complete the Wi-Fi network configuration of the printer. Then restart the printer.
Printing on a Mobile Device
Follow the sequence of the pictures to operate.
- Insert label straightly and smoothly. The printer will automatically grab it. Hold the Feeder button until the blue light flashes 2 times for label calibration.
- Search "Labelife" on the App Store or Google Play to get the App. Alternatively, scan the QR code to download the app.
- Turn on Bluetooth from phone settings.
- Configure the Wi-Fi for the printer via Bluetooth in the Labelife app. Due to mobile phone system requirements, the App needs access to location, so enable GPS and confirm authorization (Android only).
- Select the printer from the list and proceed to network configuration.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password. Complete the Wi-Fi network configuration of the printer.
Appendix
1. Chrome Extension Installation
Add the "Labelife" extension in the Chrome Web Store. Compatible with ChromeOS system computers and macOS Chrome browser. Not compatible with Windows Chrome browser.
2. Application Introduction
There are two devices and two ways to send print jobs:
- Label Printer (USB): For Windows/iMac, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro. Connection via USB cable.
- Label Printer (Wi-Fi): For Windows/iMac, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro. Connection via Wi-Fi.
- Labelife Extension: For ChromeOS/iMac, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro. Connection via USB.
- Labelife App: For Android/iPhone, iPad. Connection via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
