Installation

Step 1: Ensure the ZWILLING ENFINIGY contact grill is unplugged and cool.

Step 2: Place the Teppanyaki Plates onto the grill, aligning them with the heating elements.

Step 3: Gently press down until they click into place.

Step 4: Refer to the diagram for visual guidance on plate placement.

Cleaning

Step 1: Allow the Teppanyaki Plates to cool completely after use.

Step 2: Remove the plates from the grill.

Step 3: Wash the plates with warm, soapy water. Use a soft cloth or sponge.

Step 4: Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or re-installing.

Step 5: For stubborn residue, a non-abrasive cleaner can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scouring pads that could damage the non-stick surface.
