How to Wear Your TOZO Earbuds

Follow these steps for a secure and comfortable fit:

1. Step 1: Adjust sound holes downwards and push earbuds into your ears.
2. Step 2: Slightly move earbuds to achieve the best fit.

Important: Do not keep the sound hole facing upwards.

How To Pair

TWS Auto Pairing Steps

1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on and pair with each other within approximately 10 seconds.
2. The earbuds' LEDs will blink red and blue while pairing.
3. On your smartphone, search for "TOZO-T5" in your Bluetooth settings and tap to connect.

Factory Reset

If you encounter connectivity issues, you can reset the earbuds to factory settings:

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Press and hold both touch panels for 5 seconds, or until the LEDs glow solid red, to power them off.
2. Press and hold both touch panels again for 5 seconds, or until the LEDs blink red and blue. Then, triple-tap either touch panel to reset the earbuds to factory settings (the LED will turn solid red for 1 second).

Note: If the earbuds fail to connect to your phone, remove the "TOZO-T5" entry from your phone's Bluetooth device list and repeat the pairing process.

Earbud Controls

The TOZO T5 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls. The following functions are available on both left and right earbuds, with specific actions for track skipping.

Power Management

• Power On: Remove earbuds from the charging case.
• Power Off: Touch and hold the earbud panel, or place earbuds back into the charging case.

Music Playback & Calls

• Play/Pause Music: Single tap (1x) the touch panel. [▶️/⏸️]
• Answer/End Call: Single tap (1x) the touch panel during an incoming or active call.
• Skip Track Backward: Double tap (2x) the Left earbud's touch panel. [⏮️]
• Skip Track Forward: Double tap (2x) the Right earbud's touch panel. [⏭️]
• Volume Control: Press and hold (Hold) the touch panel. Holding the Right earbud increases volume; holding the Left earbud decreases volume. [?]
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap (3x) the touch panel. ?️ (Requires your phone's voice assistant support).
• Ignore/Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold (Hold) the touch panel during an incoming call. ❌
