Tuya Hotel Connection Guide

Follow these steps to connect Tuya Hotel with apaleo:

1. Go to the apaleo store and search for "Tuya Hotel".
2. Click the "Connect to apaleo” button. You will be redirected to the Tuya Hotel Platform to establish the connection.

Get Tuya Account

1. If you do not have a Tuya Hotel account, you can create one by visiting: https://shenzhen-hotel.console.tuyaus.com/hotel/roomStatus
2. Click the "Register" button.
3. Enter your information in the required fields.
4. Your account is now ready for login.

Login to Tuya Hotel

2. Enter your username and password, then click "Log in".

Bind apaleo

1. After logging into Tuya Hotel, locate "Channel Binding" in the left-side menu.
2. Click the "PMS" button from the dropdown list.

Get apaleo Authorization

1. You will now see the apaleo card.
2. Click the "Bind now" button to initiate apaleo authorization.

Disconnect to apaleo

If you wish to disconnect Tuya from apaleo, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the apaleo platform.

3. Choose "Tuya-Hotel" from the list of connected applications.
4. Click "Disconnect app".

After completing these steps, return to the Tuya Platform and refresh the PMS binding page. The apaleo connection will be shown as disconnected.
