Activities and Health
PAI
PAI (Personal Activity Intelligence) measures physiological activity and reflects overall physical condition, based on heart rate, activity intensity, and physiological data. Maintaining a certain intensity of activity or workout contributes to your PAI value. Research suggests a PAI value greater than 100 is linked to reduced cardiovascular disease risk and increased life expectancy. For more details, refer to PAI > PAI Q&A in the Zepp app. The HUNT Fitness Study, referenced here, is a long-term study on health.
