Cabinet & Water Preparation
Cabinet Requirements:
- Appliance Height: 660 mm to 720 mm.
- Appliance Width: Minimum 592 mm.
- Door Panel Weight Limit: 3 kg (min) to 9 kg (max).
- Cabinet Niche Dimensions: Minimum 560 mm width, minimum 600 mm depth.
- Upper Cabinet Height Range: 820 mm to 920 mm.
- Appliance Height Adjustment: 818 mm (+100 mm adjustment).
- Door Opening Clearance: Maximum 800 mm.
Water Connections:
- Inlet/Outlet Sizes: 3/4" (26.4mm) and 1/2" (20.9mm).
- Water Pressure: Minimum 0.05 MPa / 0.5 Bar; Maximum 1 MPa / 10 Bar.
- Drain Hose: Connect to siphon.
- Hose Length: Maximum 1000 mm.
- Connection Heights: Minimum 370 mm, minimum 300 mm, minimum 120 mm.
- Water Inlet Pipe Diameter: Minimum Ø 25 mm.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Measure Cabinet Opening Height
Measure the height ('h') of your cabinet opening. If 'h' is greater than 870 mm, proceed to Step 4. If 'h' is less than or equal to 870 mm, do not proceed (❌).
Step 2: Attach Door Brackets
- Attach bracket H (1x) to the appliance door.
- Attach brackets F (4x) to the appliance door.
- Attach brackets L (1x) and R (1x) to the appliance door.
Step 3: Position Appliance
- Carefully slide the appliance into the prepared cabinet niche.
- Secure the appliance using screws K (2x), which allow for height adjustment of +/- 50 mm.
Step 4: Manage Cables and Hoses
Route all necessary cables and hoses. Ensure a minimum passage opening of Ø 80 mm. Follow correct routing (✔️) and avoid incorrect routing (❌).
Step 5: Secure Appliance to Cabinet
Fasten the appliance securely to the cabinet sides using the following parts:
- Method A: Use screws F (4x), C (4x), brackets R (1x), and A (4x).
- Method B: Use screws F (4x), C (4x), brackets L (1x), and A (4x).
Step 6: Adjust Door Alignment
Fine-tune the appliance door's position for perfect alignment. Adjustments can be made for height, depth, and side-to-side tilt using the integrated screws.
Step 7: Attach Decorative Door Panel
- Mount the decorative door panel onto the appliance door.
- Option A: Use screws B (2x), U (2x), and bracket N (1x). Ensure the panel weight is between 3 kg and 9 kg. The panel should measure a minimum of 592 mm in width and 660-720 mm in height.
- Option B: Follow specific fitting instructions, which may require measuring a dimension 'x'.
Attach the handle to the door panel, ensuring correct placement (✔️ Correct, ❌ Incorrect).
Secure the door panel using part E (1x).
Step 8: Connect Door to Appliance
- Attach the door panel to the appliance hinges using part U (2x) and screws.
- Slide the appliance fully into the cabinet.
Step 9: Final Panel Securing
- Secure the door panel firmly with screws D (2x).
- Perform final adjustments to the door panel alignment.
Step 10: Final Cabinet Securing
Ensure the appliance is firmly attached to the cabinet sides using screws F (4x) and C (4x).
Step 11: Final Door Panel Attachment
Complete the door panel attachment by using brackets L (1x), R (1x), and screws A (4x).
Step 12: Install Bottom Trim
Attach the bottom kick panel or trim piece as illustrated.
