Care Instructions

Please read carefully before use. Headphones should be stored in a cool, dry environment. Avoid contact with oil, water vapor, and steam to avoid affecting performance and voiding warranty. Avoid cleaning with irritant solutions. Headset should be used in accordance to the correct specification requirements. Do not remove plastic exterior casing of earbuds without permission. Only use approved type-c charging cable to charge device.

Warranty Information

Groovz headphones come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage to the product as a result of misuse or accidents. Should your product become defective during the 1-Year warranty period, Groovz will repair or replace (at its option) your product. Please reach out to customer support via support@groovzaudio.com to register for your warranty and to report any defect in your product. Groovz and its parent company shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any defects in this product.

Instruction

Power ON

Option 1 (Auto Mode): Open the top cover of the charging case and remove the earbuds. Earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically.

Option 2 (Manually): With earbuds already removed from the charging case, ensure earbuds are powered off. Press and hold both left and right earbud touch control locations for 5 seconds.

Bluetooth Pairing

Connecting to your device:

1. Remove earbuds from charging case.
2. Turn ON Bluetooth from your Parent device.
3. Find Bluetooth device "Groovz" in the list of pairing options on your Parent device.
4. Click to connect, and Groovz earbuds will announce successful connection.

Previously paired devices will connect within 2-4 seconds of power-on.

Power OFF

1. Remove earbuds from ears.
2. Place left and right earbuds into the charging case.
3. Close the charging case, and this will automatically power down the earbuds.

Touch (Tap) Control Functions

Phone Call Functions

• Answer/Hang Up/Dismiss: Tap either earbud's touch control function to answer/end a phone call. Press and hold either earbud for 1.5 seconds to dismiss a phone call.

Audio Listening Functions

• Play Track: Tap either earbud 1x to pause or play the audio track.
• Skip/Previous Track: Tap the left earbud 2x to replay the previous track. Tap the right earbud 2x to skip to the next track.
• Volume Controls: Tap the left earbud 3x to increase volume. Tap the right earbud 3x to decrease volume.

Smart Assistant Controls

• Activate Smart Assistant: Press and hold the right earbud for 1.5 seconds to activate the smart assistant.

How to Use Qi Wireless Charging with Your True Wireless Earbuds

Ensure Compatibility

• Confirm that your True Wireless Earbuds and charging case are compatible with Qi wireless charging.
• Use a Qi-certified wireless charging pad for optimal performance.

Prepare the Charging Pad

• Plug in your Qi wireless charging pad to a power source using the provided cable and adapter.
• Place the charging pad on a flat, stable surface.

Position the Charging Case

• Place your earbuds inside the charging case and close the lid securely.
• Position the charging case on the center of the wireless charging pad. Ensure the case is aligned correctly with the charging pad.

Charging Indicator

• Look for the LED indicator on the charging case to ensure it's charging. It should light up or blink to signify that charging has begun.
• Some charging pads may also have an indicator light to show that the device is charging.

Charging Time

• Allow the earbuds to charge fully. The time required may vary depending on the battery level and the charging pad used.
• Check the manufacturer's guidelines for specific charging times.

Remove from Charging Pad

• Once fully charged, remove the charging case from the pad.
• Your earbuds are now ready for use, providing you with hours of uninterrupted audio.

Safety Tips

• Do not place any metal objects between the charging pad and the charging case.
• Avoid using the wireless charger in extreme temperatures or humid environments.
• If you experience any issues, refer to the troubleshooting section of your user manual or contact customer support.
