Getting Started: Download the HBand App

To use the full functionality of your HBand smart bracelet, download the companion mobile application:

  • For iOS devices: Search for "H Band" in the App Store.
  • For Android devices: Search for "HBAND" in the Google Play Store.

Device Operation and Interface

Navigate your HBand device using simple gestures:

  • Short press: Typically used to return to the home page or confirm actions.
  • Slide right: Accesses the function menu or switches between screens.
  • Double-click: Often used to enter specific modes or activate features.

The device screen can be in different states:

  • Screen off: The display is inactive to save power.
  • Home page: Displays the current time and basic status.
  • Function menu: Lists available features and applications.

Key Features and Functions

Heart Rate Monitoring

The HBand offers multiple ways to monitor your heart rate:

  • Manual Monitoring (Watch Side): Initiate a heart rate reading directly from the watch.
  • Manual Monitoring (APP Side): Start a heart rate measurement via the H Band mobile application.
  • Automatic Monitoring: Enable continuous heart rate tracking. To activate: Navigate to [H Band] > My > My Device > Switch Settings > Automatic Heart Rate Monitoring.

Blood Oxygen Monitoring

Measure your blood oxygen saturation levels.

Sleep Monitoring

Track your sleep patterns, including duration and quality.

ECG Detection

Perform an electrocardiogram (ECG) test. To do this, place your fingers on the device's electrodes.

Pressure Test (Stress Monitoring)

The device can automatically monitor your stress status throughout the day. You can view your stress value on the watch page.

  • Watch End Operation: Swipe the watch interface to enter the blood pressure measurement screen.
  • APP Side Operation: To enable automatic blood pressure monitoring, navigate to [H Band] > My > My Device > Switch Settings > Blood Pressure Automatic Monitoring.

Note: The APP side operation refers to enabling Blood Pressure monitoring, which may be related to or distinct from the 'Pressure Test' (stress monitoring) feature.

HRV Heart Rate Variability

Monitor your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) for insights into your body's recovery and stress levels.

Bluetooth Call

Manage calls directly from your wrist when connected to a compatible smartphone via Bluetooth.

Music Control

Control music playback on your connected smartphone, such as play, pause, and skip tracks.

Period Tracking

Log and track menstrual cycles for women's health insights.

Other Functions

The device may include additional features and utilities.
