Battery and Charging
Battery Display: When the device is switched off, press and hold the power button [power-symbol] to display the battery level percentage. When the battery level falls below 20%, the display will briefly show "LO". We recommend using a certified PD fast charger. If "LO" flashes, charge the device without delay. The device will automatically switch off after 6 seconds of "LO" flashing.
Charging: When the device is charging while turned off, the display shows battery percentage using flashing bars (1 bar flashing, 2 bars flashing, 3 bars flashing, full 3 bars always on). The battery percentage must be over 50% to use the device while charging.
Low Battery Warning: When the power display falls below 20%, the display shows "LO". After 2 seconds, the device switches to display the current temperature. The power continues to decrease to the programmed value, and the buzzer sounds 2 times. The device will automatically switch off.
Cleaning
- Clean the bottle warmer before and after each use.
- Unplug the USB charging cable and shut down the device.
- Clean the stainless steel parts on the top of the motor and the waterproof sealing ring. Allow them to dry.
- Wipe parts clean with a soft cloth. Be careful not to lose the sealing ring.
- Repeat cleaning steps after warming milk.
Descaling
It is recommended to descale the bottle warmer every month to ensure efficiency.
- Descale with a mixture of white vinegar and cold water. Turn on the heating function, then turn off the bottle warmer after 5 minutes. Leave the solution until limescale dissolves.
- Thoroughly clean and dry the stainless steel bottle, dust cap, sealing ring, and adapter.
- Citric acid descaler can also be used. Do not use other types of descalers.
White Spots: White spots inside the bottle warmer are limescale deposits, which are hazardous to health. Use pure or distilled water to avoid limescale. If limescale appears, follow the descaling procedure.
Cautions for Use
- The product must be used under adult supervision.
- No parts should be used as toys. Keep unused parts out of reach of children.
- Actual heating time is affected by ambient temperature, bottle material, baseline temperature, and milk quantity.
- Do not touch the hot stainless steel parts during operation to avoid burns.
- Working environment: 10°C to 35°C.
- Do not use aggressive detergents or antibacterial cleaners, as they can cause plastic parts to crack. Replace cracked parts immediately.
- Wash hands thoroughly and ensure surfaces are clean before touching disinfected components.
- Do not place the device in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or disinfection solutions for extended periods when not in use, as this may reduce its service life.
- Breast milk should not be heated for too long. After reaching the specified temperature, keep milk warm for no more than half an hour, as milk is perishable and can become unsuitable for consumption and health after longer periods.
- Always check milk temperature before feeding by testing a few drops on the back of your hand or wrist.
- Heating times provided are reference values for specific conditions.
- Match the product with an adapter meeting local safety requirements (e.g., Input: 100-240V~50/60Hz~0.45A Output: 5.0V⁰2A).
- Avoid using the product in environments with strong static electricity or magnetic fields, which could damage the battery protection device and cause a safety hazard.
- Unplug the device when fully charged; prolonged charging may lead to fire or other safety incidents.
Dry Boil Protection
If the stainless-steel part is not filled with a bottle containing breast milk or water, a dry boil alarm will be triggered. A long buzzer sounds for 1 second, and the display will show "01".
Dry Boil Alarm with Water: When adding hot water, wait 10-30 seconds before turning on the device to avoid a temperature difference that could trigger the dry boiling mode.
Bottle Compatibility
The GIO warm is designed to be compatible with various bottle brands. A sealing ring is included, which can be used in two orientations (U-shape up or down) to fit different bottle shapes.

Troubleshooting and FAQs
Can I use this product to keep water / milk warm all night?
You can use this product to keep water warm overnight. For milk, it is suggested to keep it warm for less than half an hour due to its perishable nature.
What is the best water temperature for babies?
- 37°C-40°C for protein powder/probiotics.
- 40°C-45°C for milk powder and drinking water.
Why is the heating time longer at lower ambient temperatures?
A lower ambient temperature results in a lower initial water temperature, which consequently requires a longer heating time.
Why is the dry boil alarm on when there is water in the bottle?
When adding hot water, wait for 10-30 seconds before turning on the device. This prevents a significant temperature difference between the water and the device, which could falsely trigger the dry boiling mode.
