GreatCut-S Installation and Activation Guide

Auto Installation

Follow these steps for the automatic installation and activation of GreatCut-S software.

1. Visit GCC Club: Go to http://gccf.gcc.com.tw/gccclub/login.aspx. Log in to your GCC Club account or create a new one by clicking "I Agree" and submitting the required information.

2. Activate Account: You will receive an email with an activation link. Click this link to activate your account.
3. Access Voucher Code: Once logged into GCC Club, navigate to the "GreatCut-S voucher code" section on the left-hand side menu.

4. Enter Voucher Code: Input your voucher code and click "submit".
5. Obtain Serial Number: Your GreatCut-S serial number will be provided.
6. Download Software: Visit https://www.gccworld.com/download.php. Select your product category and then choose the appropriate model.

7. Start Installation: Download the GreatCut-S installer and run it to begin the installation process.
8. Complete Installation: Follow the on-screen prompts. Click "Next" to proceed, select "Launch GreatCut-S" to start the application upon completion, and then click "Finish".

9. Activate Software: Run GreatCut-S and click "Activate...". Ensure your computer is connected to the internet for this step.
10. Enter Activation Details: In the activation dialog, enter your name in the "Name" field and your GreatCut-S serial number in the "Serial" field. Click "OK" to complete the activation.

11. Ready to Use: GreatCut-S is now activated and ready for use.

    [Note: If you use a trial version without activating the software, cuts will include watermark lines. Ensure the software is activated before starting cutting jobs.]

Manually Activate GreatCut-S

This process is for activating GreatCut-S when the computer connected to the cutter does not have an internet connection. You will need access to another computer with an internet connection.

1. Enable Manual Activation: In the GreatCut-S activation dialog, check the "Activate manually" checkbox. The "Site Code" and "Activation Code" fields will appear. The "Site Code" is pre-filled and cannot be changed.

2. Generate Activation Code: On a computer with internet access, visit https://craftedge.com/activation/greatcut/. Enter your Name, Serial, and Site Code into the respective fields.

3. Obtain Code: Click the "Generate Activation Code" button. Your unique activation code will be displayed on the page.

4. Apply Code: Copy the generated activation code and paste it back into the "Activation Code" field in the GreatCut-S software's activation dialog. Click "OK".

5. Confirmation: Click "OK" on the confirmation message. GreatCut-S is now activated and ready to use.

Re-install GreatCut-S Software

If you need to move your GreatCut-S software to a new computer, you must first deactivate it on your current device. Navigate to "Deactivate..." under the Help menu within GreatCut-S. Confirm the deactivation, then proceed with the installation on the new computer and use the same activation code.

Reset GreatCut-S Serial Code

If you encounter issues such as a computer crash or reformat and were unable to deactivate your GreatCut-S copy beforehand, you can reset your serial number. Visit the following URL:

This page allows you to reset your serial number. For repeated resets or if you encounter further difficulties, contact GCC Support for assistance.
