Summary:Adding "Material and Workmanship” warranty.
Issue:Welch Allyn has historically offered a “Calibration Warranty” on its aneroid gauge product line. In response to customer expectations, Welch Allyn is adding “Materials and Workmanship" warranty to all 767 Series Wall/Mobile and DuraShock™ aneroid gauges.
Action:
The "Material and Workmanship" warranty defined below applies to all future and prior sales.
If a gauge is found to be defective due to defects in material or workmanship during the "Materials and Workmanship" warranty period:
- The gauge will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
- Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- The warranty start date is determined by Serial Number on gauge (YYMMDDXXXXXX) or by copy of invoice.
If a gauge is determined to be out of calibration at any time within the "Calibration" warranty period:
- The gauge will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
- Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- The warranty start date is determined by Serial Number on gauge (YYMMDDXXXXXX) or by copy of invoice.
Warranty applies to gauges only. Inflation bulbs, valves, tubing and blood pressure cuffs all carry separate warranties.
