Warning: Please remember, these machines can only be used in unoccupied spaces!!!
Warning
- ⚠️ Do not use in harsh, flammable, explosive, humid, and other environments.
- ⚠️ Do not cover the air inlets and outlets, and strictly prevent foreign objects from blocking the exhaust.
- ⚠️ Ozone generators are high-pressure products. They should be placed in a safe place and ensure that they are in a fixed state during use.
- ⚠️ When the ozone generator is working, please ensure that there are no people, pets, or living things in the room.
- ⚠️ Ozone has a strong oxidation capability, and the oxidation time should not be too long. Do not run continuously for more than 6 hours. (We recommend a maximum of 2 hours each time)
- ⚠️ Ozone is very unstable and automatically decomposes into oxygen after an hour, with no pollution and no residue.
- ⚠️ Ozone has a special smell. If you are sensitive to the smell of ozone, please stay away from the device.
- ⚠️ When using an ozone generator, do not expose your eyes directly to the machine's exhaust, to prevent accidents.
- ⚠️ Non-professionals should not disassemble the equipment. If not in use for a long time, the power should be cut off.
- ⚠️ This device is for adult use only and children are not allowed to operate this device.
Repair Regulations
- From the date of your purchase, our company provides after-sales service for the entire product line for a period of one year. Our company will not provide you with after-sales service if the product has any of the following defects: Excessive humidity (humidity greater than or equal to 75% or water in the machine causing product damage; product damage is due to unauthorized changes to product structure; product damage is due to natural disasters or other force majeure; product damage is due to long-distance transportation by the shipping company; unable to provide valid proof of purchase.
- You can contact the dealer or our company at any time. Our company will serve you wholeheartedly.
- If there is any ambiguity in the use of the equipment, we will provide you with technical support at any time.
Warranty
One year warranty: If a non-manmade fault occurs within one year from the date of purchase, you can contact us and we will provide you with after-sales service.
The following situations are not suitable for "replacement" and "warranty" services:
- Product damage caused by improper use, malfunction, or force majeure.
- Product damage caused by user disassembling the machine by themselves.

Instructions for Use
Step 1 - Clear Contaminants
- Before ozone treatment, please do some cleaning to eliminate the source of the odor.
- Close the doors and windows.
Step 2 - Use Timer
- Plug in the power.
- Set the control knob and then leave the room. Treatment time can be adjusted according to room size and air quality.
- If you're not sure, start with 15 minutes and increase as needed.
- The device begins to work, the indicator light is on.
Step 3 - Unoccupied Spaces Only
- Ensure all occupants and pets stay outside the room during the ozone treatment.
- We include a 'Do Not Enter' sign with each purchase, which can be hung on the door as a warning.
Step 4 - Ventilate the Room
- When you return to pick up the unit, make sure the timer dial is now in the 'Off' position.
- Ventilate the treated area for at least 30 minutes before allowing people or pets to reoccupy the space.
- If you notice any lingering odors, the area might require a longer period of retreatment.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Recommended Solution |
|---|---|
| Unit cannot start | Check if the plug is firmly attached, pushed all the way to the side of the machine, and on the wall. |
| Unit starts, but there is no ozone output | Check if the ozone plate is damaged. If it is damaged, you need to go to a professional repair shop to replace the ozone plate. |
| Unit temperature is too high | Check the cleanliness and operation of the system cooling fan. |
