Assemble stem casters to lower T-frames using (4) M10 nut, lock washer, and flat washers (Figure 1). 2. Assemble base covers to the lower T-frames using (16) M6 x 42 pan head cap screws, washers, and nylon insert nuts. Do not tighten until the next step (Figure 2). Figure 1 3. Fasten together the two base panels covers together using (2) M6 x 16 hex head cap screws, washers, and hex nuts. Tighten all M6 x 42 pan head screws and nuts to secure the covers to the T-frames (Figure 3). Figure 2 4. Slide the lower channels over upright tubes (Figure 4). Secure the upper and lower frame joint using (4) M6 x 10 pan head screws (Figure 5). 6. Place top header between frame sides and fasten using (4) M6 x 42 pan head screws, and washers. Assemble upper channels, handle, and top Shepards Hook mounting bracket as shown using (4) M6 x 42 pan head cap screws, washers, and nylon insert lock nut (Figure 6). Figure 5 7. Attach lower Shepards hook mounting bracket as shown using (2) M5 x 20 pan head screws, washers (Figure 7). The remaining (2) M5 x 20 pan head cap screws are for mounting plastic mounting clip (sold separately) with Shepards Hook. Figure 6 8.
