Instructions for Use

Charging the Battery:

  • The powerbank has a 5000 mAh rechargeable Li-Polymer battery (non-removable).
  • It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use (approx. 3 hours).
  • Charge via Micro USB port or Type-C port.
  • Connect the Micro USB connector of the USB charging cable (not included) to the Micro USB input port on the powerbank and the other end to a compatible 5V USB port.
  • Alternatively, connect the Type-C connector of the Type-C charging cable (included) to the Type-C input port on the powerbank and the other end to a compatible 5V USB port.
  • During charging, battery percentage indicator lights will flash. All four lights illuminate when fully charged. Disconnect cable ends and store safely.
  • ⚠️ Warning: Do not insert the charging cable provided into the Type-C USB input/output ports and USB output ports on the product at the same time for any reason.

  • Plug the Type-C connector into the Type-C output port on the powerbank and the other end into a compatible device. Charging should be indicated on the device.

Using the USB Output Ports:

  • The powerbank can recharge devices via USB output ports 1 and 2.
  • Insert a USB connector into the required USB output port on the powerbank and the other end into a compatible device.
  • Note: Both USB output ports can be used simultaneously to charge two devices, but the battery will drain faster.

Troubleshooting

  • Battery percentage indicator lights do not illuminate after switching on: Battery is exhausted. Recharge the powerbank and check indicator lights.
  • Powerbank cannot be charged: USB charging cable is not connected properly. Connect the cable properly.
  • Powerbank cannot supply power to a device: Charging cable between powerbank and device is not connected properly; reconnect. Remaining battery power is low; recharge the powerbank.
  • Powerbank is draining too fast: Using two or more outputs simultaneously drains the battery faster. Reduce the number of outputs used.
  • Wireless charging function does not operate: Wireless charging will not operate if the powerbank is also charging itself. Ensure no more than one output port is used simultaneously with wireless charging.
  • Supply time to the device is short: Connector or charging port on the device is dirty; clean it. Powerbank has reached end of service life or is malfunctioning; purchase a new one. Powerbank is out of power or has low battery capacity; recharge it.
  • Powerbank will not charge the device: Powerbank is designed for devices up to 2.4A. Exceeding this may cause the powerbank to cut off or increase charging time. Always check the device's input port. Check charging cable for damage; seek replacement if damaged.
  • Charging time is longer than usual: Powerbank has reached end of service life or is malfunctioning; purchase a new one. Surrounding environment temperature affects operation; move the powerbank to a more suitable climate.
