Directions for Use

First Use

Charging the Device

Insert the Micro USB cable into the Micro USB port next to the SIM card slot and plug it into a USB Charging Port. Ensure it is properly connected.

Power ON/OFF

To turn the watch ON or OFF, hold the Power Button for 4 seconds.

Inserting a SIM Card

Open the SIM cover and insert the micro SIM card as shown in the diagram. The diagram shows a SIM card being inserted into a slot with an arrow indicating the direction of insertion.

Supported SIM Cards

The watch only supports the use of Micro SIM Cards. Diagrams illustrate that Normal SIM Card, Normal SIM Card after cutting, and NANO Card are not supported (marked with a red X), while a Micro SIM Card is supported (marked with a green checkmark).

Note: The watch will only work with South African SIM cards within South Africa. For more information, contact your cellular service provider.

App & Device Setup

Downloading the App

Download the SeTracker app from Google Play Store or the Apple Store. While the app is free to download, data charges are applicable according to your internet service provider. The usage of the app and the watch requires data and airtime on both your cell phone's SIM card and the watch's SIM card. Location functions require data to work.

User Registration

Register the device by filling in the following fields:

• Watch ID: Enter the ID number of the watch.
• Account: Enter your email address.
• Nickname: Enter a nickname.
• Password and R_Password: Type a desired password in the Password field and repeat it in the R_Password field.

Ensure that the Area is set to Europe and Africa.

To finalize the setup, follow the guided steps on your phone's screen and log in to the application to begin Device Setup.

Illustration 1 shows the registration screen with fields for Watch ID, Account, Nickname, Password, R_password, Language, and Area. Illustration 2 shows a similar screen with the Area set to Europe and Africa.

Watch Setup

Turn on the GPS Tracking Watch and log in to the app on your phone to start the watch setup. Logging in directs you to the App's home page (Illustration 3). Tap "Settings" to set up the device.

Settings

SOS Numbers

This function allows you to set up to three SOS numbers that your child can call from the watch. Type the numbers in the fields and press OK. The app will display a “sending” status. A successful contact addition will show a “set ok” prompt.

Illustration 4 shows the SOS Numbers settings screen.

Sound Guardian

This function allows you to call the watch without notifying your child, enabling you to listen to their surroundings. Tap on "Sound Guardian", input a contact number, and press “OK”. The app will display a “Sending” status. A successful change will show a “send ok” prompt. The watch will then send a test call.

Do Not Disturb

The Do Not Disturb function prevents calls to the watch during set hours, such as school hours. You can set up to three time slots. Tap on “Do Not Disturb”, set the desired times, and press OK. A “Sending” status will appear, followed by a “set ok” prompt upon successful change. Calls made during these times will be unsuccessful.

Location Update Schedule

This function allows you to set how frequently the watch's location is recorded (every ten minutes, every hour, or every minute). Tap “Location Update Schedule”, select a frequency, and press “OK”. A “Sending” status will appear, followed by a “set ok” prompt upon successful change.

Illustration 7 shows the Location Update Schedule settings screen with options for Normal mode, Power save mode, and Follow mode.

SMS Alerts

This function allows you to select SMS prompts for events like low battery or SOS. Type the contact number for alerts, toggle desired alerts, and press “OK”.

Illustration 8 shows the SMS Alerts settings screen.

An SMS is sent from the watch displaying the watch's ID followed by the alert (Illustration 9).

Phone Book

To add a contact, tap "Phone Book" in the app's switchboard. Enter the name in the name field and the contact number in the “Partner(#)” field, then tap “OK”. A “Sending” status will appear. A successful addition will show a “set ok” prompt.

Illustration 10 shows adding a contact, and Illustration 11 shows a contact successfully added.

Time Zone

Change the time zone settings and toggle summer time (daylight savings). Tap on “Time Zone”, select a time zone, toggle daylight savings, and press “OK”. A “Sending” status will appear, followed by a “send ok” prompt. Daylight savings settings cannot be changed without selecting a time zone.

Language Selection

Change language settings. The watch supports English, Spanish, German, Turkish, Russian, and French. Tap “Language selection”, select a language, and press “OK”. A “Sending” status will appear, followed by a “set ok” prompt.

Switch Settings

Change permissions for the watch to detect removal from the wearer's wrist. Tap “Switch Settings”, toggle the “Device Removed” notice, and press “Save”. A “Sending” status will appear, followed by a “set ok” prompt. It is advised to keep this setting enabled for accurate monitoring.

Set Local Base Station

Set Accuracy Tracking based on location. Enabling this function is best for areas where GPS locating is unavailable. Toggle the setting, and an “Sending” status will appear, followed by a “set ok” prompt upon successful change.

Remote Device Shutdown

Remotely turn off the watch. A prompt will appear to confirm shutdown. Press “OK” to shut down or “Cancel” to abort. A “Sending” status will appear, followed by a “set ok” prompt. The watch will turn off shortly after.

Chat

Communicate directly with the watch via a chat service, supporting text and voice note sending.

Location History

View and replay the wearer's location history. Select the timeframe you wish to view.

Illustration 14 and Illustration 15 show the Location History interface.

Map

Track the watch's location. Tap the balloon of the desired watch to call or navigate to its location. Navigation will open your dedicated app and plot the watch's coordinates. If the watch's power is depleted, only the last location will be shown.

Geo-Fence

Set a perimeter for the watch's location. If the watch leaves the set perimeter, a notification will be sent and visible in the message tab.

Message

This tab displays notifications related to the watch, including SOS, Geo-Fence breaching, and low battery status.

Health Monitoring

Monitor the following:

• Distance Travelled
• Sleep Duration

Alarms

Set alarms for specific times. Up to three alarms can be set. The alarm can be deactivated by briefly pressing the Power button when it rings.

Rewards

Send or remove virtual rewards to and from the watch. This can be used as an incentive plan for your child.

Watch Finder

Activate the watch's jingle if misplaced. Activating this setting will trigger the watch's jingle after a short delay.

Me

Modify information related to devices and logins.

Personal Data

Change your account username, gender, name, phone number, and email (optional).

Device List

View registered watches, switch active devices, add devices, edit nicknames, and unpair devices.

Change Password

Change your password.

Watch

• To unlock the watch, briefly press the Power button.
• To use the SOS function, hold the Power button for two seconds.
• To answer calls, press the SOS button.
• To end calls, briefly press the Power button.

Phone Book

View contacts saved in the SeTracker app. To call a contact, press and hold button 2 to access the phone book, then press and hold again to make the call.

We Chat

Communicate through voice notes to the SeTracker app.

Make Friends

Press button 1. To make a friend with another wearer, move close and tap the watches together while the “Make A Friend” function is active on both. A success notification and jingle will play, and a voice chat will open. Friends can only be edited via the SeTracker app. To send a voice note, press and hold button 1 to record, then release to send.

Pedometer

Monitor the number of steps taken on screen.

Watch Removal Sensor

Detects if the watch has been removed from the wearer. There is a three-minute time frame before notification via the SeTracker App.

Safety Precautions

• Use only manufacturer-provided parts.
• The Volkano Find Me Pro is for personal use only. Commercial use voids the warranty.
• Not intended for individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, unless supervised. Exercise extreme caution.
• Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the Volkano Find Me Pro. Keep packaging away from children as it can be dangerous.

Cleaning & Care Instructions

• Before cleaning, ensure the Volkano Find Me Pro is not plugged in.
• Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning chemicals, as they may damage the surface finish.
• Do not expose to high temperatures for extended periods.
• Do not store in temperatures over 104°F (40°C).

Environmentally Friendly Disposal

Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste. Use separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information on collection systems. Improper disposal can lead to hazardous substances leaking into the environment.

Warranty

The Volkano Find Me Pro GPS Tracking Watch includes a standard 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If the product has faulty parts, poor finishing, or visible damage, or fails due to manufacturing defects, return it with proof of purchase to the store of purchase for exchange or repair, according to the store's policy. The warranty commences from the date of purchase. Retain proof of purchase and packaging for the warranty period.

NOTE: The Warranty does not apply if the product:

• Has failed due to excessive wear and tear.
• Has been misused or neglected.
• Has been damaged accidentally or by acts of God (fire, flooding).
• Has been used contrary to operating or maintenance instructions.
