Plug in the dehumidifier. 2. To turn on the dehumidifier, press the power button. The appliance will beep once. 3. To turn off the dehumidifier, press the power button again. Setting the timer: 1. While the dehumidifier is on, press the timer button. 2. Repeatedly press the timer button to cycle through the options of a 6-, 8- and 12-hour timer. The corresponding indicator light will turn on. Setting the ambient light: 1. When the dehumidifier turns on, the ambient lights will automatically begin gradually cycling through the 7 colour options. 2. Press the light button again while the light is your chosen colour to lock that colour in. 3. To turn the ambient lighting off, press the light button again. Defrosting: If the dehumidifier gets too cold, it will automatically begin defrosting. The defrost icon will light up while in progress and the dehumidifier will not be usable. When the defrost icon turns off, the dehumidifier can be used as usual. Overflow protection: 1. When the water tank is full, the dehumidifier will automatically turn off and the ambient lights will flash. 2. Empty and replace the water tank according to the instructions below. 3. Restart the dehumidifier and use as normal. 8 of 58 | English EMPTYING THE WATER TANK When the water tank is full, the ambient light will flash red and the dehumidifier will turn off. 1. Unplug the dehumidifier and place it on a flat, stable surface. 2. Press both water tank buttons and lift off the top of the dehumidifier. 3. Remove the water tank cover. 4. Gently tip the water tank to empty it. 5. When empty, replace the water tank cover and the top of the dehumidifier. CLEANING & STORAGE - WARNING: ALWAYS TURN THE APPLIANCE OFF AND UNPLUG THE POWER CORD FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET BEFORE HANDLING OR CLEANING IT. CAUTION: DO NOT ALLOW WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS TO RUN INTO THE INTERIOR OF THE APPLIANCE, AS THIS COULD CREATE A FIRE AND/OR ELECTRICAL HAZARD. CAUTION: DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE CLEANERS OR SOLVENTS, AS THIS CAN DAMAGE THE APPLIANCE. · Do not attempt to clean the appliance in any other way than that detailed by the manufacturer. · Clean the exterior surface of the appliance by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth. Dry the appliance with a soft, clean cloth. English | 9 of 58 · Always empty the water tank, clean and dry the appliance when not in use to prevent mould. Cleaning the water tank: · Remove and empty the water tank as per the instructions above. · Clean the water tank with warm tap water and mild detergent (e.g. washing up liquid). Note: Do not use boiling water to clean the water tank. · Ensure to remove any scale or deposits that have formed inside the water tank. · Wipe all surfaces dry before placing the water tank back into the appliance. Storage: · To store your product, we recommend using the original or a similar-sized box. · Store the appliance in a safe, clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children when not in use. RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL - Waste electrical and electronic products (WEEE), batteries, accumulators, and packaging should not be disposed of with general household waste. Waste batteries can also be disposed of in collection bins, which can be found in most local supermarkets and household waste recycling centres. TROUBLESHOOTING - Problem Cause Solution The dehumidifier is not collecting water The ambient light is flashing red. The dehumidifier is not turning on. The doors or windows in the room where the appliance is in use are open. Close all doors or windows. The air vents are blocked. Remove any blockages. The humidity in the room is increasing. Turn off any appliances that may be creating steam. The temperature is too low. Ensure the temperature indoors is not lower than 8°C/47°F. The water tank is full. Remove, empty, and replace the water tank. The water tank's float is stuck, causing the sensor to misread the water level in the tank. Remove the water tank, push down the float and then return the tank to its original position. The power has been cut off. Check to ensure the adapter is correctly connected and the wall socket is plugged in and turned on. The water tank is in the wrong position. Remove and replace the water tank, positioning it correctly. Schließen Sie den Luftentfeuchter an. 2. Drücken Sie den Netzschalter, um den Luftentfeuchter einzuschalten. Das Gerät piept einmal. 3. Drücken Sie die Taste erneut, um den Luftentfeuchter auszuschalten. Timer einstellen: 1. Drücken Sie bei eingeschaltetem Luftentfeuchter die Timer-Taste. 2. Drücken Sie wiederholt die Timer-Taste, um durch die Optionen eines 6-, 8- und 12-Stunden-Timers zu blättern. Die entsprechende Kontrollleuchte leuchtet auf. Umgebungslicht einstellen: 1. Wenn sich der Luftentfeuchter einschaltet, beginnen die Umgebungslichter automatisch, schrittweise durch die 7 Farboptionen zu schalten. 2. Wenn das Licht die gewünschte Farbe erreicht, drücken Sie erneut auf die Lichttaste, um diese Farbe zu fixieren. 3. Um die Umgebungsbeleuchtung auszuschalten, drücken Sie die Lichttaste erneut. Auftauen: Wenn der Luftentfeuchter zu kalt wird, beginnt er automatisch mit dem Abtauen. Das Abtausymbol leuchtet während des Vorgangs auf und der Luftentfeuchter kann nicht verwendet werden. Wenn das Abtausymbol erlischt, kann der Luftentfeuchter wie gewohnt verwendet werden. Überlaufschutz: 1. Wenn der Wassertank voll ist, schaltet sich der Luftentfeuchter automatisch aus und die Umgebungslichter blinken. 2. Entleeren und ersetzen Sie den Wassertank gemäß den nachstehenden Anweisungen. 3. Starten Sie den Luftentfeuchter neu und verwenden Sie ihn wie gewohnt. WASSERTANK LEEREN - Wenn der Wassertank voll ist, blinkt das Umgebungslicht rot und der Luftentfeuchter schaltet sich aus. 1. Stecken Sie den Luftentfeuchter aus und stellen Sie ihn auf eine ebene, stabile Oberfläche. 2. Drücken Sie beide Wassertankknöpfe und heben Sie die Oberseite des Luftentfeuchters ab. Druk op de aan-/uitknop om het apparaat aan te zetten. Het apparaat piept één keer. 3. Druk nogmaals op de aan-/uitknop om de luchtontvochtiger uit te zetten. Een timer instellen: 1. Druk terwijl de luchtontvochtiger aan staat op de timerknop. 2. Druk herhaaldelijk op de timerknop om door de opties voor een timer van 6, 8 of 12 uur te bladeren. Het bijbehorende indicatielampje gaat branden. Het omgevingslicht instellen: 1. Wanneer de luchtontvochtiger wordt ingeschakeld, beginnen de omgevingslichten automatisch geleidelijk de 7 kleurenopties te doorlopen. 2. Druk nogmaals op de lichtknop op het moment dat het licht de door jou gekozen kleur heeft om die kleur in te stellen. 3. Druk nogmaals op de lichtknop om de omgevingsverlichting uit te schakelen. Ontdooien: Als de luchtontvochtiger te koud wordt, begint deze automatisch met ontdooien. Het pictogram voor ontdooien licht op tijdens dit proces en de luchtontvochtiger kan dan even niet worden gebruikt. Als het pictogram voor ontdooien uitgaat, kan de luchtontvochtiger weer gewoon worden gebruikt. Overloopbeveiliging: 1. Als het waterreservoir vol is, wordt de luchtontvochtiger automatisch uitgeschakeld en gaat de omgevingsverlichting knipperen. 2. Leeg het waterreservoir en plaats het terug volgens de onderstaande instructies. 3. Start de luchtontvochtiger opnieuw en gebruik hem zoals gewoonlijk. HET WATERRESERVOIR LEGEN - Als het waterreservoir vol is, knippert het omgevingslicht rood en wordt de luchtontvochtiger uitgeschakeld. 1. Koppel de luchtontvochtiger los en plaats hem op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. 2. Druk op beide knoppen voor het waterreservoir en til de bovenkant van de luchtontvochtiger eraf. 3. Als hij leeg is, zet dan het deksel van het waterreservoir er weer op en plaats de bovenkant van de luchtontvochtiger weer terug. Let op: Gebruik geen kokend water om het waterreservoir schoon te maken. · Zorg dat je alle kalk of andere afzettingen verwijdert die zich in het waterreservoir hebben gevormd. · Veeg alle oppervlakken droog voordat je het waterreservoir terug in het apparaat plaatst. PROBLEEMOPLOSSEN _ Probleem Oorzaak Oplossing De luchtontvochtiger verzamelt geen water Het omgevingslicht knippert rood. De luchtontvochtiger gaat niet aan. De deuren of ramen in de ruimte waar het apparaat in gebruik is, staan open. Sluit alle deuren en ramen. De ventilatieopeningen zijn geblokkeerd. Verwijder eventuele verstoppingen. De luchtvochtigheid in de kamer neemt toe. Schakel alle apparaten uit die mogelijk stoom produceren. De temperatuur is te laag. Zorg dat de temperatuur binnenshuis niet lager is dan 8 °C / 47 °F. Het waterreservoir is vol. Verwijder het waterreservoir, leeg het en plaats het terug in de juiste positie. De vlotter van het waterreservoir zit vast, waardoor de sensor het waterniveau in het reservoir verkeerd leest. Verwijder de watertank, duw de vlotter omlaag en plaats het reservoir weer terug in de oorspronkelijke positie. Er is geen stroomtoevoer. Controleer of de adapter correct is aangesloten en of het stopcontact is aangesloten en ingeschakeld. Het waterreservoir staat in de verkeerde positie.
