Key Features

  • DSS Keys: These can be configured as line keys, function keys, speed dial keys, etc.
  • Soft keys: Context-sensitive keys below the screen.
  • Message waiting indicator: Notifies of new voice messages.
  • Navigation keys: Left/Right navigation keys for menu scrolling, Up navigation key for call log shortcut, Down navigation key for Status shortcut.
  • OK key: Confirms selections.
  • Home key: Returns to the homepage.
  • Return key: Goes back to the previous directory.
  • Phonebook key: Accesses the phonebook.
  • Voice message key: Accesses voice messages.
  • Volume keys (+/-): Adjusts ringer volume in idle/ringing mode, or communication volume (handset, headset, hands-free) during a call.
  • Headset key: Activates/deactivates headset mode.
  • Mute key: Mutes/un-mutes the microphone during a call.
  • Redial key: Redials the last outgoing call.
  • Hands-free key: Activates/deactivates hands-free mode.

Installation

Desk Mount Method

Attach the provided bracket to the back of the phone to position it on a desk. The bracket allows for adjustable viewing angles (Angle A or Angle B).

Wall Mount Method

Use the wall mount bracket to affix the phone to a wall.

Connecting to the Device

Connect the following components to their respective ports:

  1. Power port: Connect the power adapter (DC 5V).
  2. Network port (WAN): Connect to your local area network or the internet via an Ethernet cable.
  3. PC port: Connect a computer to the phone's network port for network sharing.
  4. Headset port: Connect a headset.
  5. Handset port: Connect the IP Phone handset.

Network Connection

Using Ethernet

  1. Power on the device.
  2. Connect the WAN port of the phone to an RJ45 socket on a hub, switch, or router using an Ethernet cable.
  3. The default network mode is DHCP.

Configuration

Via LCD Menu

  1. Press Menu > Advanced (default password: 123).
  2. Select Network to configure IP settings (IPv4/IPv6, DHCP/Static IP/PPPoE).
  3. Select Accounts to configure SIP account details (server address, port, username, password).
  4. Save the configuration.

Via Web Interface

  1. Obtain the phone's IP address by pressing the Down navigation key or navigating to Menu > Status > ETH IP/Wi-Fi IP.
  2. Open a web browser on a computer connected to the same network and enter the phone's IP address. The default login credentials are 'admin' for both username and password.
  3. Configure network and account settings as needed.
  4. Save the configuration.

Language Setting

  1. Press Menu > Basic > Language.
  2. Select the desired language using the navigation keys and press the OK soft key.

Making a Call

  • Pre-dialing: Enter the phone number, then lift the handset.
  • Direct dialing: Lift the handset, then enter the phone number.
  • Hands-free: Enter the phone number, then press the Hands-free key (?️).
  • Headset: Enter the phone number, then press the Headset key (?).
  • Designated line: Press the desired line key, enter the phone number, and press the dial key.

Accepting a Call

  • Using the handset: Lift the handset.
  • Using the headset: Press the Headset key (?).
  • Using the hands-free: Press the Hands-free key (?️).

Redial

Press the Redial key (↩️) to redial the last number.

Call Mute

  1. During a call, press the Mute key (?) to mute the microphone.
  2. Press the Mute key again to un-mute the conversation.

Putting a Call on Hold

  1. Press the Hold soft key to place the current call on hold.
  2. Press the Resume soft key to retrieve the held call.

Note: If multiple calls are active, use the navigation keys to select the desired call before using the hold or resume soft keys.

Call Transfer

Attended Transfer:

  1. During an active conversation, press the Xfer soft key. The call is placed on hold.
  2. Dial the second telephone number.
  3. When the second call is answered, press the Xfer soft key again to complete the transfer.

Blind Transfer:

  1. During an active conversation, press the Xfer soft key. The call is placed on hold.
  2. Enter the second telephone number and press the Xfer soft key.

Call Forward

  1. Press Menu > Features > Call Forward.
  2. Select the line, the type of forward (e.g., unconditional, busy, no answer), enter the destination number, and press the OK soft key.

Call Conference

  1. While on a call with the first party, press the Conf soft key. The first caller is placed on hold.
  2. Dial the second number.
  3. Once the second call is established, press the Conf soft key again to initiate the conference call.

Programmable Keys

Configure shortcuts for programmable keys:

  1. Press Menu > Basic > Keyboard.
  2. Select a configurable item, choose the desired type and value, and press the OK key.

Do Not Disturb (DND)

  1. Press the DND soft key to enable the Do Not Disturb mode.
  2. Alternatively, navigate to Menu > Features > DND, select the mode and effective time, and press the OK key.

Voice Mail

  1. Access your voice mailbox by pressing the Voice Message key (✉️) or navigating to Menu > Message > Voice Message. The number of new messages will be displayed if provided by the server or PBX.
  2. Select the line and press Play to initiate the call to the voicemail system.

Bluetooth (BT Models Only)

  1. Press Menu > Basic > Bluetooth.
  2. Press the OK soft key to open the Bluetooth interface.
  3. Press the Scan soft key to discover available Bluetooth devices.
  4. Select a device and press Connect.

Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi Models Only)

  1. Press Menu > Basic > WLAN.
  2. Press the OK soft key to open the WLAN interface.
  3. Press the Scan soft key to discover available Wi-Fi networks.
  4. Select a network, press the Connect soft key, and enter the password to establish a connection.

Call List

  1. Press the Up navigation key or navigate to Menu > CallLog > Local Call Logs.
  2. Scroll through the list using the navigation keys.
  3. To dial an entry, press the Dial soft key, lift the handset, or press the 0 or ? key.

Phonebook

Access Phonebook:

  1. Press the Phonebook key (?️) or navigate to Menu > Contact > Local Contacts.
  2. Select 'All Contacts' or a specific group.
  3. To dial an entry, press the Dial soft key, lift the handset, or press the 0 or ? key.

Add New Entry:

  1. Press the Contact soft key, then select 'All Contacts' or another group, and press Add.
  2. Enter the contact's name and number, then press the OK soft key.
