This section details the physical components and their functions on the L310 body worn camera.

2. Interface of Boot-up and Landing System
Click on the [MCP] application icon to enter the law enforcement preview interface as shown in the following figure.
Interface Elements:
- Status Bar: Displays time (e.g., 10:30), battery level (92%), and signal strength.
- Application Icons: [MCP], [ID Photo], [File Management], [Voice Recorder], [Settings], [Gallery].
- Preview Screen: Shows live camera feed or recorded video.
- Controls: [Pre-record] button, Record button, File information (e.g., x 1.0, 720P, 9.33 GB).
- System Status: [Command Dispatch], [No channels online].
3. The Basic Concepts and Key Function Definitions of MCP
The following describes the basic concepts and key function definitions of MCP:
- SOS: This function provides an early warning to the command center for video conferences, uploading data to the server. A long press marks the video as an important document.
- Video Recording: Video recording is performed when the video key is pressed. A short press of the screen can light up the display. A short press during video recording stops the recording.
- Fn Key: A long press of the Fn key enters mute mode. Pressing and holding it again removes mute mode to resume recording. A short press increases the volume.
- Recording Key: Press and hold the recording key to start the recording function. Press and hold again to stop recording. A short press reduces the volume.
- Lighting Key: A long press starts the alarm light flashing; another long press closes the alarm light flashing. A double-click starts the laser light; another double-click closes the laser light. Pressing the screen state activates the screen light.
- PTT: The PTT dialog button allows users to talk when pressed. Releasing the button enables voice transmission and reception from other devices. This function requires the command center to enable the authority for real-time dialog.
- Camera Key: The camera key is used for snapshot photography within the pre-recording and recording interface. A long press enters the certificate photo mode after exiting MCP.
- Power Key: When the device is off, a long press for 2 seconds turns it on. When the device is on, pressing the power key displays power off and reboot options. A long press for 8 seconds forcibly reboots the device.
FCC Statement
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and 2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
RF Exposure Statement
SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions according to standards, with the device transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands. Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the maximum value.
This model product has been tested and meets the RF exposure guidelines with the test distance 0mm for body worn. The highest SAR1g value is 0.607 W/Kg. The use of belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
