3. The Basic Concepts and Key Function Definitions of MCP

The following describes the basic concepts and key function definitions of MCP:

  1. SOS: This function provides an early warning to the command center for video conferences, uploading data to the server. A long press marks the video as an important document.
  2. Video Recording: Video recording is performed when the video key is pressed. A short press of the screen can light up the display. A short press during video recording stops the recording.
  3. Fn Key: A long press of the Fn key enters mute mode. Pressing and holding it again removes mute mode to resume recording. A short press increases the volume.
  4. Recording Key: Press and hold the recording key to start the recording function. Press and hold again to stop recording. A short press reduces the volume.
  5. Lighting Key: A long press starts the alarm light flashing; another long press closes the alarm light flashing. A double-click starts the laser light; another double-click closes the laser light. Pressing the screen state activates the screen light.
  6. PTT: The PTT dialog button allows users to talk when pressed. Releasing the button enables voice transmission and reception from other devices. This function requires the command center to enable the authority for real-time dialog.
  7. Camera Key: The camera key is used for snapshot photography within the pre-recording and recording interface. A long press enters the certificate photo mode after exiting MCP.
  8. Power Key: When the device is off, a long press for 2 seconds turns it on. When the device is on, pressing the power key displays power off and reboot options. A long press for 8 seconds forcibly reboots the device.
