Product Overview

The SE-214 is a high-resolution, fully graphical, e-paper display that supports black, white, red (SE-214R) and yellow (SE-214RY) colors. The label features a high-efficiency RGB LED to provide enhanced visual attention and a location indicator.

The display enables on-demand, real-time pricing, promotions, and product information, improving efficiency by reducing waste, minimizing errors, and decreasing labor costs. Its e-paper technology offers a high-contrast ratio and superior viewing angle. The display supports 4 colors, including complementary red and yellow, and features a high-efficiency LED in 7 RGB colors. Optional NFC is available for application versatility, and the LED brightness and duty cycle are adjustable. The display offers 100% flexibility in content and customizable template design.

Centralized system administration is provided by the Opticon ESL Web Server Software. The bistable display technology allows the image to be retained even with loss of power. The high-contrast display supports scannable 1D and 2D barcodes. An extensive accessories catalog offers secure, durable, and attractive mounting solutions. The battery lifespan is approximately five years (with 5 updates/day), and it utilizes extremely low power consumption. Communication is via a 2.4 GHz, 802.15.4 based protocol, supporting up to 2,000 ESL displays per base station.
