Remote Control Functions

Set-top Box Installation Guide
Follow these steps to connect and set up your Android TV box.
Connection Overview
The set-top box requires connections for:
- Antenna ?: For DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) channels.
- Wi-Fi ? or Ethernet ?: For internet connectivity. Ethernet is recommended for a stable connection.
- HDMI: To connect to your TV.
- Power ?: To supply electricity to the device.
Installation Steps
- Placement: Place the set-top box near your TV, preferably in a location without obstacles that could interfere with wireless communication.
- Cable Connections: Use the supplied cables for maximum compatibility.
- Connect the set-top box to your TV using the HDMI cable.
- Connect the set-top box to your router using the Ethernet cable for internet access. (Alternatively, Wi-Fi can be used and configured via the device's settings menu).
- Connect your DTT antenna cable (not supplied) to the set-top box to access all your channels.
- Connect the power supply to the set-top box and then to an electrical outlet.
- TV Setup: Turn on your TV and select the HDMI input that corresponds to the set-top box connection.
- Device Power On: Turn on the set-top box using the electric on/off button located on the back of the device.
Device Ports and Buttons
The back panel of the set-top box features the following ports and buttons:
- 1. Power On/Off (Standby) Button
- Puts the set-top box into low power mode or returns it to normal state.
- 2. USB Port ?
- Allows connecting external devices such as cameras, game controllers, etc.
- 3. Bluetooth Pairing Button ?
- Configures the set-top box's pairing with other external Bluetooth® devices.
- 4. Infrared Receiver
- Receives signals from the remote control.
- 5. Antenna Port ?
- Connect your DTT antenna cable here for channel access.
- 6. Ethernet Port ?
- Connect your router (Internet) here with the provided Ethernet cable.
- 7. HDMI Port [HDMI]
- Connect your TV here with the provided HDMI® cable (compatible with 4K resolutions).
- 8. Reset Button ?
- Returns the set-top box to its initial factory settings (user data will be erased).
- 9. Power Port ?
- Connect the external power supply here.
- 10. Electric On/Off Button
- The main power switch for the set-top box.
Important Note on Connectivity
Because the radio frequency Wi-Fi signal is unstable and variable with the environment, it is always recommended, whenever possible, to use the wired connection method (Ethernet cable, supplied) to ensure the best viewing experience without pixelation or interruptions.
