Installation Steps

Step 1: Adjust the backset of latch (if needed)

A. Hold the bolt in front of the door hole, with the latch face flush against the door edge.

B. If the bolt holes are centered in the door hole, no adjustment is required. Proceed to Step 2. If the bolt holes are NOT centered, adjust the latch.

C. Latch adjustment (only if needed): The backset can be adjusted to 60mm (2-3/8 in) or 70mm (2-3/8 in).

Step 2: Install Bolt

Install the bolt into the door edge, securing it with screws.

Step 3: Install front panel

Attach the front panel to the outside of the door. Ensure the cable is routed correctly and connected. The knob must be vertical.

Step 4: Connect wire connector

Connect the wire connector, noting that it can only be connected in one way. The cable should go below the deadbolt.

Step 5: Install back panel

Attach the back panel to the inside of the door, securing it with screws.

Step 6: Install batteries and battery cover

Insert the batteries into the battery pack and attach the battery cover on the inside of the door.

Step 7: Adjust lock direction

The lock can be set for left-hand (LH) or right-hand (RH) doors. If the left handle opens the door, choose '*46# 123456# 1'. If the right handle opens the door, choose '*46# 123456# 2'. After selection, input '123456#' to test if the lock unlocks properly.

Step 8: Insert the key and test the installation
