General Assembly Notes

Before commencing assembly, please observe the following guidelines:

• Tools Required: You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver.

Step 1: Prepare Side Panel

Take one of the side panels. Insert four (4x) screws (123492) into the designated pre-drilled holes. Use a screwdriver to tighten these screws securely. [? Tighten Screws]

Step 2: Attach Side Panels to Base

Insert four (4x) wooden dowels (101345) into the corresponding holes on the base panel. Align the prepared side panel and the other side panel with the base panel, ensuring the dowels fit into their respective holes. Push the panels together firmly. [➡️ Connect Panels]

Step 3: Secure Base with Cam Locks

Locate the larger holes on the inner surfaces of the side panels. Insert eight (8x) cam locks (identified by part numbers 119030, 131177, etc.) into these holes. Use a screwdriver to rotate each cam lock clockwise until it firmly grips the connecting screw, securing the base panel to the side panels. [? Lock Mechanism]

Step 4: Insert Back Panel

Carefully slide the back panel into the grooves provided along the rear edges of the assembled side and base panels. Ensure it is fully seated. [⬇️ Slide Back Panel]

Step 5: Prepare Top Panel

Take the top panel. Insert four (4x) screws (130449) into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the panel. Tighten these screws using a screwdriver. [? Tighten Screws]

Step 6: Attach Round Caps to Top Panel

Insert two (2x) round caps (133185) into the designated holes on the top surface of the top panel. These caps may cover screw heads or serve a decorative purpose. [? Place Caps]

Step 7: Attach Top Panel

Position the prepared top panel onto the assembled frame. Align the holes on the underside of the top panel with the dowels and screws protruding from the side panels. Gently lower the top panel into place. [⬇️ Position Top Panel]

Step 8: Secure Top Panel with Cam Locks

Insert eight (8x) cam locks (identified by part numbers 119030, 131177, etc.) into the large holes on the inner surfaces of the top panel. Use a screwdriver to rotate each cam lock clockwise to secure the top panel to the side panels. [? Lock Mechanism]

Step 9: Attach Back Brackets

Attach the two (2x) mounting brackets/fittings (147191) to the rear of the assembled unit. These are typically used for securing the unit to a wall or for attaching other components. Use the appropriate screws (provided with the unit or brackets). [? Attach Brackets]
