Connection Preparation
Ensure your smartphone and the camera are within 1 to 3 feet (30 to 100 centimeters) of your router. The camera operates on 2.4G Wi-Fi only.
Getting Started
- Download the "Helo by Strong" app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Launch the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and sign up.
- Insert a Micro SD card (not included) into the side edge of the camera.
- Connect the camera to power using the provided Micro USB Power Adapter (DC 5V / 1.5A).
- Set up your camera by following the app's instructions, which include resetting the camera, adding the device, and pairing it with your Wi-Fi network.
Placement
You can place the camera on a flat surface or mount it to a wall. For wall mounting, use a screw and ensure proper installation, especially on drywall using anchors.
Completion
Once set up, the camera is ready for viewing. A blue LED light indicates the camera is online.
