Thank you for purchasing the FASCARE Massage Gun. This deep muscle massage gun is a portable, rechargeable vibration device with large torque, long endurance, and multi-gear adjustment. It effectively reduces pain caused by lactic acid accumulation after intense exercise and relieves discomfort in sedentary or long-lying individuals.

Frail individuals and children should be accompanied by an adult when using any vibration device. These contraindications do not mean you cannot use a vibration exercise device, but we advise you to consult a doctor first.
Ongoing research is being done on the effects of vibration exercise for specific medical disorders. This will likely result in the shortening of the list of contraindications.
Safety Instructions
Danger: To reduce risks of electric shock, fire, and personal injury, this product must be used in accordance with the following instructions.
- For adult use only. Do not use if injured. Consult your doctor before using this product.
- Use only on a dry and clean surface of the body over clothing by lightly pressing and moving across the body for approximately 60 seconds per region.
- To avoid pain or discomfort, use the high speed only on the body's soft tissue instead of head or any hard or bony area of the body.
- Bruising can occur regardless of speed applied. Check treated areas frequently and immediately stop at the first sign of pain or discomfort.
- Keep fingers, hair, or any other body part away from the shaft and backside of the head as pinching may occur.
- Do not place any objects into the ventilation holes of the Massage Gun.
- Do not immerse in water or allow water to enter the ventilation holes of the Massage Gun.
- Do not drop or misuse the Massage Gun.
- Carefully examine the device and battery before each use.
- Do not tamper with or alter the Massage Gun in any way.
- Never leave the Massage Gun operating or charging unattended.
Warnings & Caution

- Do not immerse in water. Keep away from liquids or heat sources.
- Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble.
- Do not use continuously for more than one hour. Allow the device to rest for 30 minutes before re-using.
- Unplug the power charger from the device after charging or prior to use.

- 1. Speed/Mode Display Window: Shows current speed or mode.
- 2. Power Display Window: Indicates battery level.
- 3. Speed + Button: Increases speed or cycles through modes.
- 4. Speed - Button: Decreases speed.
- 5. Power Button (on/off): Turns the device on or off.
- 6. Operate Mode: Button to select different massage programs.
- 7. Handle: Ergonomic grip for holding the device.
- 8. Light Line: Visual indicator for battery status.
- 9. Charging Port: Connection point for the power charger.
- 10. Power Switch (on/off): Main power switch, usually located at the base.

Charging
How to Charge
- Plug the adaptor into an electrical outlet. If the outlet is controlled by a wall switch, ensure it is turned on.
- Fully charge the battery for up to six hours before first use.
- The battery power is divided into 10 settings, shown on the power display window. When battery power is more than 20%, the light line at the bottom shows green. It shows red when less than 20%. If battery power is less than 10%, the speed display window shows E1, indicating it needs charging.
- The power display window flashes to show battery level during charging and stops flashing when fully charged.
- It is recommended to charge before the battery power drops below 20%.
- The average run-time is 5+ hours, depending on the speed level.
- For safety, the device cannot be used while charging.
Operating
- With the unit off, select the desired massage head and insert it by pressing in. Remove by pulling it out.
- Turn the device on by moving the power switch at the bottom of the battery to the ON position. Turn the device off by moving the switch to the OFF position.
- With the power switch in the ON position, press the power button to turn on the massage gun.
- The speed is divided into 20 settings. Use the speed + and speed - buttons to adjust the speed.
- The device is equipped with a gear memory function. When the power switch is ON and the device is shut down in a comfortable gear position, pressing the power button next time will automatically jump to the last gear.
- Press the 'M' button to select a program when the machine power switch is ON and the massage function is OFF.
- P0 Program: Manual mode. Use +/- buttons to adjust intensity as desired.
- P1 Program: Loops from level 1 to level 3. Each level runs for 3 seconds.
- P2 Program: Loops from level 7 to level 10. Each level runs for 3 seconds.
- P3 Program: Loops from level 16 to level 20.
- Press the on/off button to start the massage program.
Massage Head User Manual
The massage gun comes with 8 interchangeable massage heads, each designed for specific uses:
Round Shape
Round spherical design produces a powerful output of propagating and diffusing type between receiving and pushing. Strength is even and soft. It is suitable for massage and relaxation of the waist, abdomen, buttocks, and legs. Also recommended for muscle relaxation before and after exercise, and for light fitness enthusiasts like dancers, yoga practitioners, and aerobics participants.
Mushroom Shape
Small and brief design, on the basis of the plane, a small arc fits the body modeling mechanism and enhances comfort. Suitable for the inside and outside muscles of the abdomen, chest, and legs.
U Shape
The force path between the two points is even, providing in-place and powerful stimulation for acupoint massage. The reasonable U-shaped width perfectly avoids the human spine and cervical vertebra, achieving a better sense of experience. Suitable for shoulder, cervical spine, and bilateral muscles. [⚠️ Caution Icon] Note: Cannot directly hit the cervical spine and spine, as it may cause physical injury.
Conical Shape
Simple shape, provides a full impact experience and direct pressure to depths. Suitable for meridians, soles of feet, palms, Achilles tendons, and rhomboid muscles of the back.
Air Cushion
Transmission from one side to one point, scientific power transmission with a perfect umbrella shape. It produces comfortable massage power, suitable for all parts of the body's muscle groups. Especially recommended for foot sole massage and the entire buttock muscle group.
Thumb Shape
Suitable for acupressure massage, especially for the muscle regions of the palm of the hand and sole of the foot. This shape is designed to give a gentle massage. Recommended for use on palms, underarms, and soles of the feet. The thumb shape provides a relaxing feeling and increases blood flow.
Double Ball Shape
Combines the advantages of U-shaped and spherical-shaped designs. The two points transmit uniformly and spreadingly. The double ball head design can directly stimulate target muscle tissue, making it more suitable for the body and muscle structure. Primarily used for the neck, lumbar, and spine parts.
Arc Shape
Differs from other massage gun heads; features a unique arc surface, semi-surrounded shape, more suitable for human body shape and muscle structure. The bump design on the arc surface directly stimulates the muscle tissue that needs massage. Mainly for the neck, arms, thighs, the back of the leg, especially the quadriceps femoris of the thigh, as well as the flounder muscles of the leg. Recommended for people who love running.

When The Massage Gun is in Off mode:

When The Massage Gun is in On mode:
When the massage gun is in function mode, the LED screen is split into two sections:
- First two digits: Show intensity (01 is lowest intensity, 20 is highest intensity).
- Last two digits (blinking): Show battery power level.
Error Codes
- E1: Battery is low
Problem: Battery power is too low to operate.
Solve by: Charge battery for a full cycle at once. - E3: Over pressure protection
Problem: Too much pressure on the motor during operation.
Solve by: Cycle Off/On to reset the error code. Use less pressure during operation to avoid the over pressure protection appearing again.
Maintenance & Warranty
Maintenance
Clean the device with a slightly damp towel and dry with a soft cloth.
Warranty
FASCARE provides a 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If there is any fault in workmanship or malfunction, please contact the after-sales service department via: support@fascare.com. Do not attempt to repair the device by non-professionals.
