Important Precautions:

Wall Mounting Instructions:

  1. Align the positioning card (if provided) and mark the points where drilling will be required on the wall.
  2. Drill holes using a 15/64" (6 mm) drill bit.
  3. Align the holes on the mounting plate with those on the wall, matching the 'UP' and 'DOWN' orientation.
  4. Insert anchors into the holes if the wall is made of hard materials (e.g., concrete, brick, stucco). Fix the screws with a Phillips-head screwdriver to fasten the mounting plate onto the wall.
  5. Align the Indoor Cam's mounting slot with the mounting plate and push the camera down until it clicks into place.

Powering on the Indoor Cam

Connect the Indoor Cam to a power outlet using the provided USB cable and USB adapter. After powering on, the Indoor Cam will connect to the system. A solid blue status LED indicates a successful connection.

Rotate the Indoor Cam to adjust the view by checking the live stream in the eufy Security app. You are now ready to use the Indoor Cam.

For troubleshooting, check the "Help" section within the eufy Security app. Refer to the app for detailed LED indicator status information.
