Section 03: The Manual of Smart Chip Charger
Instructions:
- Match the charger with the local power supply voltage before connecting.
- The charger is designed for original batteries. Do not use it for other batteries.
- Using the charger on other scooters may cause different charging effects or battery damage.
- Connect the charger and scooter before connecting to the power supply. Disconnect the charger from the power supply when the battery is fully charged. Do not disconnect the charger and scooter while the charger is connected to the power supply.
- Do not violently shake the charger.
- Keep the charger away from water, dust, and high temperatures.
- The charger generates heat; store it in a well-ventilated place away from flammable items.
- Keep away from children.
- If any wire or shell is broken, send it for professional repair. Do not attempt self-repair.
- The charger is designed for electric scooter battery charging only.
Section 04: Performance
The performance of an electric scooter differs from gasoline or human-powered vehicles. Understanding how the Miku electric scooter works is crucial for riding.
Factors Affecting Riding Distance Per Charge:
Factor | More Distance | Less Distance |
---|---|---|
Speed | Low Speed | High Speed |
Riding Style | Fewer Stops, Smooth Pavement, Modulated Riding, Streamlined, Reduced Cargo | Stop & Go, Elevation Changes, Soft Gravel, Aggressive Riding, Fully Upright, Heavier Cargo |
Weather | Warm Weather, No Wind, Dry Roads | Cold Weather, High Head Winds, Slippery Roads |
Tires | Inflated Tires | Underinflated Tires |
Power Pack | Balanced Power Pack | Unbalanced Power Pack |
Test Condition: New vehicle with new battery, 20°C temperature, no wind, all lights off, 75kg loading weight, standard pressure.
Riding conditions, environment, and temperature affect riding distance. Tire pressure and loading weight also impact driving distance. Riding distance may be shorter in winter due to battery characteristics and may decrease over time with battery life.
Section 05: Fast Assembly
Prepare for your first ride with simple 2-step assembly:
- Step 1: Fasten mirrors onto the fixing holes on the steering bar and tighten with a wrench. Adjust mirrors to the proper position.
- Step 2: (Diagram shows attaching handlebars)

Section 08: Maintenance Tips
Proper care of your Miku electric scooter is essential for its performance and longevity.
- Do not modify the scooter from its original design and configuration.
- Assembly, maintenance, and repair should only be performed by designated dealers or authorized repair centers.
- Never wash or operate the scooter in freezing temperatures, as water can freeze in the throttle mechanism, potentially causing the throttle to stick and leading to loss of control.
- When stopping, always shut off the scooter to avoid accidental movement.
- Keep the scooter free of dirt and debris, especially in the throttle linkage area.
- Never start the motor unless properly seated with hands on the controls.
- Never tamper with, alter, or change the scooter motor settings. The motor governor is factory-set to protect the motor from damage. Excessive motor speed is dangerous.
- Operating the scooter in conditions where water, mud, snow, dirt, or sand can enter the throttle wire conduit or mechanism may cause it to bind, leading to throttle sticking, loss of control, and potential injury or damage.
- Ensure all screws, lockouts, and bolts are properly tightened. Never overtighten hardware. Restricting moving parts can cause loss of control.
- Always replace torque-type locknuts with new ones of the same type after removal.
Battery Power Indicator Instructions:
- The power indicators show 5 levels of battery power, with each indicator representing 20% of battery power.
- The power indicators are blocked while the battery is charging.
- The power pack is fully charged when all 5 power indicators are on.
