TPI Vibration Analysers for Pumps, Fans, and Motors

TPI vibration analysers offer an affordable way to perform meaningful vibration analysis, detecting worn bearings, faulty gearboxes, unbalance, misalignment, and looseness. They provide detailed analysis within specific frequency ranges (2/10Hz to 1kHz for unbalance, misalignment, looseness, and 1kHz to 10kHz for bearing condition). Advanced models offer 800-line spectrum analysis with zoom and cursor for complex issues.

9070 & 9071 Vibration & Bearing Condition Analysers

These analysers simplify vibration analysis with features like ISO machine alarms, Bearing Damage Units (BDU) readings, and clear indicators for machine and bearing condition. They can detect imbalance, misalignment, and looseness. The 9071 model includes a BNC cabled accelerometer for hard-to-reach points and data storage capabilities.

9075 Wireless Accelerometer & View App

The 9075 Wireless Accelerometer offers remote vibration readings via the TPI View App. It identifies vibration problems (unbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing condition) and displays readings with color-coded alarm levels. Features include an 800-line spectrum, multiple viewing options (ISO, BDU, displacement, total g), and report creation capabilities. Wireless charging is also supported.
