DocumentDocumentSL T2TM ACCESSORIES MANUAL ACCESSORIES MANUAL SL T2TM VISOR AND CLIPS To Attach Clips to Helmet: 1. Check for L and R indicators on the backside of each clip. 2. Place the left and right clips in the corresponding front accessory slots of the helmet. To Attach Visor to Clips: 1. Position the visor over the holes on the clips on the front accessory slots. 2. Press in to ensure a secure fit. To Remove Visor from Clips: 1. Press the button labeled "PUSH" on the top of the clip to release the visor. 2. Gently pull the visor away from the clips. To Remove Clips from Helmet: 1. Simply pull up on clips to detach them from helmet. Click HERE to watch How-To Guide Video SL T2TM VISOR PROTECTOR To Attach Visor Protector to Helmet: 1. Align both ends of the protector over the attached visor and clips in the accessory slots. 2. Firmly press the large mounting tab into the corresponding slot on the helmet to secure protector. To Remove Visor Protector from Helmet: 1. Pull both ends of the protector from the attached visor clips. 2. Firmly pull the large mounting tab from the helmet slot. Visor protector must be worn over a visor attached with clips. Check for L and R indicators on the backside of each clip. 2. Place the left and right clips in the corresponding front accessory slots of the helmet. To Attach Face Shield to Clips: 1. Position the face shield over the holes on the clips. 2. Press in to ensure a secure fit. To Remove Face Shield from Clips: 1. Press the button labeled "PUSH" at the top of the clip. 2. Pull the shield out of the clip. To Remove Clips from Helmet: 1. Simply pull up on the clips to detach them from accessory slots. To Remove Face Shield from Adapter: 1. Locate the sliders on each side holding the shield to the adapter. 2. Push each slider back to unlock the shield. 3. Turn the face shield over to view the inside and unlock shield from the middle hook. To Attach Face Shield to Adapter: 1. To replace the shield, first attach the middle hook to back of adapter. 2. Hold neck shade with the reflective strip facing outward. 2. Position the neck shade at the back of the helmet, aligning it with the designated accessory slots. 3. Firmly snap the clips on the neck shade into the accessory slots and ensure that each clip locks in place. 4. Locate the middle tab on the neck shade and insert it into the slot on the back of the helmet. To Remove Neck Shade from Helmet: 1. Grasp the neck shade firmly, holding it straight out from the helmet. 2. Apply a strong, steady pull to detach the clips from the accessory slot. 3. Continue pulling until the neck shade is completely removed from the helmet. Click HERE to watch How-To Guide Video XR7SHADE To Attach Shade to Helmet: 1. Thread straps under helmet suspension. 2. Position over helmet and stretch brim into place over helmet. 3. Secure straps to shade using hook & lopp connections. To Remove Shade from Helmet: 1. Detach straps from suspension. 2. Pull shade over and helmet and remove. SL T2TM FRONT BRIM To Attach Front Brim to Helmet: 1. Turn the helmet upside down, ensuring the brim is also upside down. 2. Align the slots on the brim with the two slots on the inside front of the helmet. 3. Push firmly to click them into place, ensuring a secure attachment. To Remove Front Brim from Helmet: 1. Firmly grasp grips at edge of brim. 2. Pull out and down to detach the brim from the helmet. Locate the bottom of the tab where the chin strap connects to the helmet. 2. Push and hold the bottom of the tab. 3. Pull strap firmly to detach it from the helmet. 4. Repeat for the other three points. To Attach Chin Strap to Helmet: 1. Before installing, ensure plastic O-ring is in place on the strap. 2. Align the chin strap to ensure that the closure is positioned at the front of the helmet. 3. Firmly press each of the four tabs on the chin strap into their respective slots on the helmet. 4. Ensure that each tab firmly locks into place for a secure fit. A sturdy, flat object can be used to depress the tab. Click HERE to watch How-To Guide Video SL T2TM PADDING To Replace Crown Padding on Helmet: 1. Pull the existing pad out of the helmet using the hook and loop tabs. 2. Align the circle of the new pad with the circle at the top of the helmet. 3. Press down each "arm" onto the hook and loop tab to secure the pad in place. To Replace Front Padding on Suspension: 1. Detach hook and loop connections from the sides of the suspension. 2. Detach the pegs of the sweatband from the front suspension. 3. Pull the sweatband out from under the suspension and out of the helmet. 4. Unwrap padding and remove plastic peg holder. 5. Add foam strip to replacement padding and place plastic peg holder on top. 6. Wrap padding around peg holder and press into place. 7. Align replacement sweatband with front of suspension. 8. Press pegs into place and wrap hook and loop closures around the side suspension. To Replace Rear Padding on Suspension: 1. Remove both ends of the padding from around the suspension. 2. Pull the pad away from suspension. 3. Align both ends of the new padding around the suspension's sides. 4. Press the pad into the hook and loop connection point. Firmly press tabs into slots until secure. To Remove Earmuff to Helmet: 3. Align earmuff over accessory slots on either side of helmet. 4. Firmly press tabs into slots until secure. WELDING HELMET ADAPTER To Remove Suspension from Welding Helmet: 1. Unscrew outer rings from the welding helmet. 2. Remove suspension and set aside. To Attach Adapter to Safety Helmet: 1. Push tabs of adapter into accessory slots on either side of safety helmet until they click into place. To Attach Adapter to Welding Helmet: 1. Align welding helmet over adapter and push adapter legs through holes. 2. Rescrew outer ring onto adapater until tightened. 3. Adjust angles of adapter legs as necessary. CM6010 WHHADP
