Account Creation and Login
Welcome to P6SLite. Create an account or log in.
Options include: Sign up, Login, Forget Password?
Select country/region for phone number input.
Supported countries/regions include: Trinidad and Tobago, United States Minor Outlying Islands, United States Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Barbados, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, etc.
Choose a Distribution Method

Enter WiFi Network
Please select a 2.4GHz WiFi network. 5GHz WIFI is not supported.

Bluetooth networking for quick device addition: Press the device reset button for 5 seconds, wait for the "wait for connection" prompt sound, then open the app and add the device. Ensure your phone is connected to the target Wi-Fi router.

Device Scanning QR Code Addition
If Bluetooth fast network configuration fails, use this method. Reset the device until "reset successful" voice prompt is heard. Automatically searching devices.
AP Hotspot Distribution
The device hotspot name starts with "ZWAP". The password for the device hotspot is "01234567". Connect your phone to the device's ZWAP hotspot.
Use Hotspot to Watch
When your Wi-Fi router has a problem and your phone has no network, the device sends out its own hotspot so you can watch the camera without network connectivity.

Set guest permissions: Select all, Preview permission, Playback permission, PTZ permission, Intercom permission, Sound permission, Push permission, Tracking switch.

Common Issues and Solutions
- Issue: Password is wrong or forgotten. Solution: Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds until "Reset successful" prompt. Re-add the device.
- Issue: Device displayed as offline. Solution: Check internet connection, power supply. Power off and restart the device.
- Issue: Mobile APP cannot receive push notifications. Solution: Check if push notifications are enabled in the app and alarm settings.
- Issue: Playback video not found. Solution: Check SD card status, device time, and playback video time.
- Issue: Device cannot connect to Wi-Fi. Solution: Check distance to router, correct Wi-Fi selection (2.4GHz only), ensure router DHCP is on, and check for router anti-rubbing functions.
