Safe Shutdown | The Safe Shutdown feature allows the surge protector to continue functioning in the event of a catastrophic surge or when the unit has absorbed as much excess energy as it can. The surge protection function will no longer provide surge protection. This is visible to the consumer via the blue indicator light being no longer lit. AC outlets will continue providing power output continuously, but surge protection is no longer functioning. This allows the consumer to safely shutdown the surge protector and stop connecting any devices through the surge protector as the surge protection function is no longer available. |

Product Appearance and Structure
The surge protector features a clean white matt finish. The front panel includes the power switch, LED indicator, four AC outlets, one USB-C port, and two USB-A ports. The sides may show mounting points.

How To Use The Surge Protector
- Plug the surge protector into a properly grounded AC wall socket and power on the surge protector.
- Plug in/connect the equipment/device, turn your device/equipment On.
Precautions For Use
- For optimum performance, please use the surge protector according to this user manual.
- Please plug the surge protector into an AC wall socket/outlet with a rated voltage of up to 250 Volts.
- Please do not plug in the surge protector into an AC wall socket that is not properly grounded. Using this product by plugging into a wall socket that is not properly grounded will void the warranty on this surge protector.
- Do not use the surge protector with any product which is not in conformity with rated specifications of this surge protector.
- It's normal for this surge protector to heat up a little during use.
- Do not place the surge protector close to any sources of heat such as fire, stove, candles etc.
- Please ensure that no form of liquid is spill on the surge protector. (Any such spill of any liquid on the surge protector voids the warranty on the product).
- Connect the equipment directly into your surge protector. Using any conjunction to connect the surge protector to the wall outlet will void all warranties.
Troubleshooting

If there is no AC power to any equipment, or the equipment doesn't turn on. | 1. Make sure the plug is plugged into a working AC outlet. 2. Check all AC power connections. 3. Make sure connected equipment are turned on. |
If the USB/C device is not charging. | Unplug the USB cable and try the other charging port on the surge protector. (Note: some devices can only be charged using the original charging adapter that comes with the device. In this instance, follow the device manufacturer's instructions for properly charging the device.) The charging cable being used maybe faulty, please use another charging cable and try to charge your device. |
Protected LED is off | The "protected" blue indicator light should be on when the power switch is turned on. If this light goes out at any time, it means that your surge protector has served its purpose and protected your equipment and needs to be replaced. Please contact customer care for further assistance. |
