Using Your Wake-up Light
Setting the Wake-up Profile
Setting the wake-up profile allows you to configure the alarm time (steps 1-6), light intensity (steps 7-8), and volume level (steps 9-10) for your wake-up experience.
Note: Light sensitivity is individual. Experiment with different settings over several days to find your optimal level.
Alarm Sound Options
As an alarm sound, you can choose natural wake-up sounds or FM radio. The Philips Wake-up Light is equipped with three built-in natural sounds.
Setting the Clock Format
To set the clock time, select either a 12-hour or 24-hour format, then adjust the time.
Lamp Function (Night Light)
Press the lamp on/off button to turn on and use as a night light. Adjust brightness with "+" and "-". Press the button again to turn off.
FM Radio Function
Press the FM button to turn on the FM radio. For automatic frequency search, press and hold the "-" or "+" menu button for approximately 2 seconds.
Alarm Function
Press the alarm button to turn the alarm on or off. An icon appears on the display when the alarm is on. If necessary, you can set the alarm time. For advanced settings like light brightness or volume, use the menu (see "Setting the Wake-up Profile").
Snooze Function
When the alarm sounds at the set time, press the SNOOZE button to delay the alarm. The lamp remains on, but the alarm sound is turned off. The alarm will sound again automatically after 9 minutes.
Note: If the alarm is snoozed, the alarm icon flashes on the display. Pressing the FM, MENU, or Sleep buttons during alarm playback will turn off the alarm and not activate snooze. Pressing the alarm button during alarm playback will disable the alarm function. The alarm icon will disappear. To reactivate the alarm function, press the alarm button again.

2. The display will show the set sleep time.
3. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the time (from 5 to 60 minutes).
