Overview

Building on the popular Nano S2, the Blade® Nano S3 heli introduces key technology upgrades, including integrated voltage telemetry to compatible Spektrum™ transmitters. It provides 3D aerobatic capabilities with new features that simplify mastering difficult maneuvers like flips and inverted flight for all skill levels. The redesigned flight controller enhances AS3X® stability, introduces an improved SAFE® mode with angle demand, and offers better panic recovery. The SAFE-Z altitude control uses an onboard accelerometer to maintain a consistent altitude. Its vertically mounted flight controller improves damping and reduces gyro vibration, resulting in superior control and performance for dazzling 3D maneuvers. Linear servos provide strong control authority, and the 45C LiPo battery ensures efficient power for 3D flight. The lightweight airframe is constructed with durable polymers and a carbon-fiber main shaft and tail boom, offering remarkable durability and tolerance for typical mishaps during 3D practice. Most impacts are handled without damage. Parts from the Nano S2 are largely compatible with the Nano S3, allowing users to refine their indoor 3D skills.

SAFE® Technology

The Blade® Nano S3 heli features exclusive SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology, a revolutionary electronic flight protection system that makes flying accessible and confident for everyone. Its versatile flight mode system allows users to select the appropriate level of assistance with a simple switch.

Three Flight Modes

• Stability - Z mode: Limited flight envelope with self-leveling and a low bank angle limit, featuring software-dampened pitch control.
• Stability mode: Limited flight envelope with self-leveling and a low bank angle limit.
• Agility mode: Full control authority with no bank angle limit.

Panic Recovery Mode

Instantly recovers the heli to a level altitude to prevent crashes. If orientation is lost, pressing the Panic Recovery button returns the heli to a stable, level attitude.

SAFE-Z Altitude Control

SAFE-Z Altitude Control assists in maintaining a consistent altitude through accelerometer programming.

Integrated Telemetry

Pilots can utilize telemetry with compatible Spektrum transmitters. Spektrum technology's proven reliability delivers precise control, ideal for any flying environment.
