- EMI Schemes: No-cost EMI schemes (3, 6, 9, 12 months) may be available with leading banks/issuers at their sole discretion, varying by bank.
- Discount Validity: The instant bank discount applies only if the product value meets the required range. It will not be valid if it falls below the minimum or exceeds the maximum after all offers.

- Record Keeping: Retain charge slip for 180 days.
- Offer Validity: Valid for purchases on Samsung eStore (https://www.samsung.com/in/) until August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM.
- Offer Combinability: Cannot be clubbed with other offers unless specified.
- Cancellations/Returns: Cancelled/rejected/returned orders are not eligible, and refunds will not be considered for discount.
Note:
- Discount offers do not apply to corporate cards.
- Upgrade offer cannot be clubbed with bank discount offer.
- Offer not applicable on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card.
- Issuer Discretion: Discount/EMI schemes provided by issuers at their sole discretion.
- Usage Limit: Discount available on one card, once per month.

- Offer Rejection: If a product with a Bank Discount Offer is cancelled/rejected, eligibility is lost for the same card within 24 hours (bank's discretion).
