Recharge your power bank
- Please use the attached USB-C cord to recharge the power bank.
- Please make sure using a compatible charger adapter.
- For faster recharging, please make sure the adapter is higher than 20W.
Charge your device
- Connect your device to the power bank and it will automatically start charging.
- You can also press the power button to check capacity level.
- The green LED indicates the power bank is in fast charging mode.
Caution
- The total output would be 15W when 3 devices are connected to the power bank at the same time.
- Keep the power bank away from liquids or any heat source.
- Please do not dismantle the product.
- Fully charge the battery pack at least once in every four months.
- Dispose of battery under local legal environmental terms.
- Do not charge your devices while the battery pack is being charged.
Warranty
Miady portable chargers are covered by an 18 month limited warranty from the date of its original purchase. If any problem occurs, please contact Miady's support team.
FAQ
Q: Is it possible to charge other devices while charging the battery pack?
A: No, it'll cause detrimental effects on the lifespan of the battery pack.
Q: Can I take it with me for international travel?
A: Yes, it can be used internationally. Just be sure that use a compatible adapter converter with the voltage of the country you're travelling to.
Q: Can it be taken on board airplanes?
A: Yes, all external batteries with capacity under 27027mAh / 100 watt hours can legally and safely be taken on board airplanes. For your reference, the capacity of this portable charger is 10000mAh / 36 watt hours.
Q: How long will the battery capacity last if not used?
A: Generally, we recommend discharge and charge the battery pack at least once every 4 months to extend the battery lifespan.
Q: Can I use it to charge low power consumption devices?
A: The output will be cut off in 5s if the current is lower than 50mA, so we do not suggest that you use this power bank for such purpose. It's designed for mobile devices, please use it only that way.
Q: What's the output efficiency of this portable charger?
A: The output efficiency of this unit is around 85%, approximately 15% of the battery capacity is unable to be used because of power consumption of circuit heat, conversions from the battery, the charging cable, etc. Actual charging efficiency may vary.
