Installing your refrigerator

Your Side by Side Refrigerator can be installed between cupboards or fixtures but you must consider the following spaces around the cabinet:
1. Allow a minimum of 50mm clearance on both sides.
2. Allow 50mm clearance at the back of the refrigerator.
3. Allow 20mm clearance above the hinge covers.

The appliance should arrive with the stability foot wound fully up so it will not interfere with the operation of the rollers (see diagram in Step 3 below).

The rollers are designed for forward or backward movement only. They are not castors. Moving the refrigerator sideways may damage your floor and the rollers.

DOORS
1. Roll the refrigerator into its final position.

4. Allow a 349 or 427mm clearance on the hinge side of the doors, if you place the refrigerator next to the wall. This will make cleaning easier.

2. The top of the refrigerator should be tilted back by approximately 20mm. This will allow the doors to self-close providing a consistent door seal and stability when the doors are open.

5. Make sure that cupboards or fixtures do not stick out further than the refrigerator cabinet.

3. When you have the appliance in its final position, it needs to be stabilized Wind the stability foot down to the floor until it just makes contact with the floor. Whenever you need to move the appliance, be sure to wind the foot back up so that the appliance can roll freely and be sure to reset it when reinstalling.

Note: Refrigerator doors on all models are designed to sit proud of cabinetry (not flush).

4. Check the alignment of the refrigerator to the surrounding cupboards. The top of the refrigerator should be on the same level from side to side (see diagram below). I f you need to adjust the level, use the adjustable rollers
as discussed in Step 3.

Refrigerator Operation
The refrigerator transfers heat from food placed inside the appliance to the outside air.
This process makes the rear, the sides and the area adjacent to the doors, particularly at initial start up, feel warm to hot, this is normal.
There is a cooling coil located behind the rear wall of the cabinet. This coil cools and removes moisture from the air. A fan then circulates cold, dry air throughout the cabinet.
This air circulation means that food are refrigerated far more quickly than in refrigerators where the air remains relatively static.
Avoid placing food against air outlets as this will affect air circulation.
A light frosting may occasionally occur on the cold interior of the freezer when the door is opened frequently. This is normal and will disappear after a few days in most climates.

Checking the s oftnes s of ice cream i s a good indication that your freezer is the right period, While checking the tempe rature of water kept in the refrige rator is a good way of checking the tempe rature of the food compartmen t. Tempe rature inside each compartmen t may vary, depending on h ow much food you store and whe re you place i t.
High or low room temperature may also affect the actual temperature inside the refrigerator.

Feature Selection - each press of the "MODE" button will cycle through the operating modes.

· Eco Mode - the refrigerator will run at 3°c while the freezer will operate at -18°c. Do not store fresh food when eco mode is on.
· Quick Freeze mode - When the super freezer mode is selected, the compressor will operate continuously to freeze foods faster, and keep them fresh.The super freezer mode will automatically turn off either after 24 hours of operation, or when the freezer reaches -28°C. The super freezer icon will turn off, and the freezer will continue to operate at the normal set temperature.
· Quick Chill Icon - When the super fridge mode is selected, the fridge compartment reaches the set temperature in the shortest period,in order to keep the food as fresh as possible.under this mode,the set temperature of the fridge compartment locks on 2°C. The program runs 150mins maximally then exits automatically, the super fridge icon goes out,which represent the super fridge function is disable,the set temperature returns to the last one before the super fridge mode operates.
Freezer compartment settings - the default temperature of the freezer is -18°c. To change the temperature press the "Zone" button, when the freezer zone icon is flash, then press "Temperature"to adjust the freezer zone temperatures.
The freezer zo ne temperature setting range: - 15°C~ - 23°C.

Fridge compartment settings - the default temperature of the refrigerator is 5°c. To change the temperature press the "Zone" button, when the fridge zone icon is flash, then press "Temperature"to adjust the fridge zone temperature.
The fridge zo ne temperature setting range: 2°C~ 8°C.

((Door Alarm))

Lock button - Press the "LOCK hold 3sec" button to enable the lock mode . The lock icon will be visible. While the refrigerator is in this mode the other buttons on the control panel will not function, when the buttons are touched the lock icon will flash. To exit lock mode, press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds until the icon is no longer displayed.
Open door alarm - when the refrigerator or freezer door is left open for more than 1 minute the alarm will sound to alert that the door is open. Closing the door will disable the alarm. The alarm will continue every 30 seconds until the door is closed.

This section tells you how to make the most of the many useful features and how to clean them.
Door storage bins
Disassembly: Hold both sides of the bottle shelf with both hands. Push it from the side without the boss and push it inward as the direction of the arrow. When pushing hard, please note that the buckle on the edge of bottle shelf is separated from the groove of the liner. Then bottle shelf can be removed. Installation :Hold both sides of the bottle shelf with both hands. Install the buckle of the boss side at first. Then push the other side inward slightly, the buckle can be fixed.

Press the child's lock lever with your thumb as the direction as below and the water lever will be locked to prevent children from taking any water. Press in the opposite direction to unlock and take water
Instructions for water tank assembly
1.Hold both sides of the tank with hands and pull the tank assembly off the door slightly in the direction indicated as below.
Notes: The transparent silicone parts of the sealed water valve could be brought out meantime when removing the water tank. If so, remove them, and re-install them according to the following steps.

Crisper Bin
You can use the crisper bin to store vegetables, fruit or smallgoods. To remove, pull it forward then up and out.

1-1.Align the sealed part with the hole in the door and place it in it.
1-2.It will be completed when the step of sealed part can be fitted to the step in the hole.
2.Rotate counterclockwise to remove the water valve assembly from the water tank for cleaning.

Glass Shelves
When removing the glass shelf, please press the movable pin under the shelf with both hands and push inward at the same time. Then the glass shelf will be removed.

4.Install the water valve by rotating it clockwise

after cleaning. When installing the tank cover,

install the one side at first (do not press it all the

way), then install the other side. Press firmly on

edges of the tank cover to fit the tank. Re-install

the entire water tank assembly at 45° to the

door. Press the outer edge of the water tank

slightly downwards to make it fit into the door.

LED lighting
Your refrigerator is fitted with long life LED lighting. In the unlikely event the LED lights should fail, then the LED lights should be serviced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualifi ed technician. Refer to the warranty page for contact details.
10 Features of your refrigerator

Cleaning your refrigerator

Before cleaning: Turn appliance off at the power point, then remove power cord from socket. This will make sure there is no chance of getting an electric shock.
Doors and exterior You should only clean the doors with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and then wipe the surface with clean water and a soft clean cloth to remove soap residue.

Do not use stainless steel cleaners, abrasive pads or other cleaners as they are likely to scratch the surface. Damage to this product after delivery is not covered by your warranty.
Interior You should clean the appliance interior regularly. It will be easiest to clean when the food supply is low. Wash the interior with a soft cloth and use an unscented mild soap with lukewarm water. Thoroughly dry all surfaces and removable parts. Avoid getting water on appliance controls. If you have taken out any removable parts, replace them and switch the power on before re-stocking the appliance with food. Naturally, you should keep the interior of your appliance hygienic by promptly and thoroughly wiping up any food spills.
Door seals Take care with Ensure to keep door seals clean. Sticky food and drink can cause seals to stick to the cabinet and tear when you open the door. Wash seal with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

Never use hot water, solvents, commercial kitchen cleaners, aerosol cleaners, metal polishes, caustic or abrasive cleaners, or scourers to clean this appliance, as they will damage it. Many commercially available cleaning products and detergents contain solvents that will damage your refrigerator. When cleaning, use only a soft cloth with an unscented mild soap and lukewarm water.

The following guide will help you reduce the running cost of your new refrigerator. This will save you money and help conserve our valuable energy resources.
1. Do not block air vents. Doing so may cause the refrigerator to run longer and use more energy.
2. Do not set your freezer temperature too low. After 24 hours, ice cream should be firm but able to be scooped out with a spoon without bending the handle. If ice cream is firmer than this (or too soft), adjust the freezer temperature controls (see `Set Temperature', page 7).
3. Ensure that the refrigerator doors seal properly as you close them.
4. Before you open the refrigerator doors, decide what you want to put in or take out. This will minimize the time you have the doors open.
5. It is best to have the refrigerator in a place that is out of direct sunlight and away from heating appliances of any kind. For example, do not place the refrigerator next to a cooker, stove or dishwasher.
6. Allow hot foods to cool to room temperature before you put them in your freezer.
7. Thaw frozen foods in the refrigerator section. 8. If you keep the freezer compartment filled to
capacity, your food mass will help maintain the freezer temperature when you open the door.
Turning off the refrigerator If you are leaving for a short holiday, there is no need to turn off your refrigerator .
If you are going on a long holiday and want to turn the refrigerator off, follow the steps below.
1. Take all the food out of the refrigerator and freezer compartments.
2. Switch off the refrigerator and remove the electric cord from the power point.
3. Clean the inside.
4. Leave the doors open. This prevents bacteria from growing and causing smells in the refrigerator.
Power failure
If there is a power failure in your area, keep the door to the freezer closed. Most foods in your freezer will stay frozen for 24 hours.

If dairy takes on a smell or colour and you are unsure about it, it is best to throw it out.
Depending on the variety hard cheese can last from 2 weeks to 2 months.

Every fruit and vegetable has a different shelf life. Some stay fresh for a couple of days e.g beans, others can last for a couple of months e.g. onions.

Troubleshooting

If you think something may be wrong with your refrigerator, you can carry out some easy checks before calling for service. You may locate the problem, sparing yourself from inconvenience and saving time and money.

When your appliance is · Make sure that the power cord is plugged into the power outlet properly and that the outlet

· Try running another appliance from the power outlet. If no power is coming from the outlet you may have blown a fuse or tripped a circuit of your household power supply.

· Try adjusting the temperature control to a slightly "colder" position.

· It is normal for the freezer fan NOT to operate during the automatic defrost cycle, or for a short time after the appliance is switched on.

When there is refrigerator/ freezer noise

Modern refrigerators/freezers with increased storage capacity use high speed compressors. These can provide a seemingly high level of sound which is quite normal. Normal operational sounds include: · Occasional gurgling, similar to water boiling. · Air flow noise (air circulates because of a small fan). · A popping noise heard during automatic defrost.

Other strange sounds may mean that you need to check and take action. For example, noises may mean that: · The cabinet is not level. · The floor is uneven or weak. · Bottles are badly placed and rattling. · There are vibrations from an object on top of or behind or beside the refrigerator. · The back of the refrigerator cabinet is touching the wall.

Remember it is quite normal for noise to seem louder when the refrigerator starts operating, or during quieter periods such as night time.

If there are odours inside the appliance

· The interior may need cleaning. · Some food produce odours. · Some containers and wrapping can cause odours.

· Ask yourself if the odour started about the same time you started storing something unusual.

When the motor seems to run more than expected

Your new appliance provides you with large capacities in both the refrigerator section and the separate freezer. It is normal for the motor to operate frequently. However, to keep operation to a minimum, check the following: · Are doors kept open too long or too often? · Are controls set too cold? refer to "Using the control panel" for how to adjust. · Have large amounts of warm food just recently been stored? Summer, festive seasons and holidays usually
mean a lot more work for your appliance.

· If the day is hot or the room is very warm, the appliance will need to run more than normal.

· The appliance will run more than normal just after you install it or when it has been turned off for a long time.

If the temperature in the refrigerator is too cold

If heavy frosting occurs in the freezer
If water drips on the floor

Make sure you fully close the freezer and fridge doors. If the doors are left partly open a heavy frost will coat the inside of the freezer. If a frost develops, remove it. Make sure properly close the doors and the frost will not reoccur.
The defrost water tray, (located at the back of the cabinet), may not be properly positioned, or the drain tube may not be properly positioned to direct water into this tray. You may need to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check the tray and tube.

Freezer Door opens after closing fridge door

It is normal for the freezer door to momentarily open and re-close when the food compartment door is closed. If the freezer door stays open, it indicates that the refrigerator cabinet needs to be tilted backwards a little further. If you call a service person to solve this problem, you will be charged for the cost of a service call, as this is not a warranty fault.

When temperature is hot/warm on the outside and rear side of the Fridge

In normal operation, the fridge transfers heat from inside to outside of the cabinet. It is normal for the side and rear of the fridge to feel warm/hot while operating. This will be more noticeable during start up and hot ambient conditions.

When there's leakage at water dispenser 1. Do not fill any beverage into water tank except for purified/mineral water 2. Make sure dispenser valve is tight enough 3. Clean water tank completely If you have a problem, and the problem persists after you have made the checks mentioned above, contact your nearest Electrolux approved Service Centre or the dealer you bought the refrigerator from. Be ready to quote the model number, 9-digit PNC and 8-digit serial number, which is stated on the label inside the refrigerator compartment.

Kulkas ini menggunakan refrigeran R600a yang mudah terbakar. Hindarkan risiko bahaya dengan memasang, menangani, melakukan servis, serta membuang kulkas dengan hati-hati.
· Pastikan pipa sirkuit refrigeran tidak mengalami kerusakan selama pengangkutan dan instalasi.
· Refrigeran yang bocor bisa menyebabkan cedera mata atau terbakar.

Kulkas ini harus dipasang pada stopkontak listrik 220-240V, 50 Hz AC yang tidak dipakai bersama dengan alat lain.
Pastikan stopkontak listrik tersebut diardekan dengan baik. Hubungilah teknisi listrik berkualifikasi bila Anda ragu.
Steker kulkas harus mudah dijangkau setelah kulkas terpasang pada posisinya.
Jangan menggunakan kabel tambahan atau adaptor steker.
Bila kabel kulkas rusak, kabel hanya boleh diganti oleh Electrolux, agen servisnya, atau orang berkualifikasi serupa untuk menghindari bahaya.
Saat memposisikan alat, pastikan kabel suplai tidak terjebak atau rusak.
Jangan letakkan beberapa stopkontak portabel atau catu daya portabel di bagian belakang alat.
Sebelum membersihkan kulkas dan sebelum mengganti lampu kulkas, cabut steker kulkas dari stopkontak untuk menghindari sengatan listrik.
Jangan sekali-kali mencabut steker kulkas dengan menarik kabelnya. Peganglah pada stekernya dengan erat dan tarik tegak lurus dari stopkontak agar kabel tidak rusak.
Pilihlah lokasi yang tidak terlalu dingin untuk tempat kulkas. Temperatur ruangan sekitar harus lebih tinggi dari 10°C.
Letakkan kulkas di tempat yang kering - hindari tempat dengan kadar uap air atau kelembapan tinggi.
Jangan meletakkan kulkas di tempat yang sangat dingin atau tidak terlindung seperti di garasi atau di beranda.
Jangan menempatkan kulkas di bawah sinar matahari langsung.
Jangan menempatkan kulkas dekat kompor, nyala api, atau alat pemanas.
Jangan menggunakan perangkat mekanik atau cara lain untuk mempercepat proses pencairan bunga es selain yang dianjurkan oleh Electrolux.
Hindarkan kerusakan pada sirkuit refrigeran.
Jangan menggunakan alat listrik di dalam ruang tempat makanan di kulkas kecuali dari jenis yang dianjurkan oleh Electrolux.
Jangan menyimpan bahan yang mudah meledak seperti kaleng aerosol dengan zat pendorong yang bisa terbakar dalam kulkas.
Bila dipasang dengan benar, kulkas ini haruslah.
· memiliki jarak yang cukup pada sisi belakang dan sampingnya untuk sirkulasi udara (lihat halaman 4).

Pemasangan kulkas baru Anda
Ruang bebas di sekeliling kulkas Kulkas side by side Anda bisa dipasang antara lemari atau furnitur tapi harus mempertimbangkan ruang bebas berikut di sekitar kabinet: Jarak minimum yang diperbolehkan untuk pemasangan dan v entila si:
1. Terdapat celah minimum 50 mm pada kedua sisi.
2. Terdapat celah 50 mm di belakang kulkas.
3. Terdapat celah 20 mm di atas tutup engsel.

4. Bila kulkas dipasang bersebelahan dengan dinding, sisakan jarak sebesar 349 atau 427 mm di sisi engsel pintu kulkas. Hal ini akan memudahkan pembersihan kulkas.

Pemasangan kulkas Kulkas dikirimkan dengan kaki pengaman pada posisi paling masuk agar tidak mengganggu kerja rol (lihat gambar pada Langkah 3 berikut).

Rol dirancang hanya untuk bergerak maju dan mundur. Rol ini bukan roda. Mendorong kulkas ke arah samping bisa merusak lantai dan rol kulkas.
1. Geser kulkas ke posisi akhirnya. 2. Bagian atas kulkas harus agak miring ke belakang sekitar
20 mm. Hal ini memungkinkan pintu kulkas menutup sendiri sehingga kerapatan pintu konsisten dan posisi kulkas stabil ketika pintu kulkas dibuka. 3. Setelah kulkas berada pada posisi akhirnya, posisi kulkas harus distabilkan. Putar turun kaki pengaman hingga sekadar menyentuh lantai. Bila kulkas akan dipindahkan, putar naik kembali kaki pengaman sehingga kulkas bisa bergerak bebas. Jangan lupa untuk menurunkan kaki pengaman kembali saat menempatkan kulkas pada posisi barunya. (Ukuran kunci pas adalah 30 mm).

5. Pastikan lemari atau furnitur tidak menonjol melampaui kabinet kulkas.
Catatan: Pintu kulkas pada semua model dirancang untuk tampil agak menonjol pada kabinet (tidak rata).

4. Periksalah kesejajaran kulkas dengan lemari di sekitarnya. Bagian atas kulkas harus terlihat mendatar bila dipandang dari depan (lihat diagram berikut).
Bila kedataran kulkas perlu disetel, gunakan rol yang bisa disetel sebagaimana dibahas dalam Langkah 3.

4 Pemasangan kulkas baru Anda

Setel rol depan sesuai kemiringan lantai, misalnya putar turun atau naik.

5. Bila kulkas berdiri goyah, berarti lantai tidak rata; Anda perlu mengganjal salah satu rol belakang. Anda dapat menggunakan bahan lembaran tipis padat, seperti papan tipis, ubin atau lembaran vinil. Letakkan bahan tersebut di bawah salah satu rol belakang saat kulkas didorong ke posisi akhirnya.
6. Pemasangan ini mungkin perlu disempurnakan dengan mengulang langkah 3, 4, dan 5.
7. Bila kulkas perlu dipindahkan, pastikan kaki pengaman diputar naik agar kulkas bisa bergerak bebas.
8. Bersihkan kulkas dengan saksama sesuai petunjuk di halaman 9 dan lap semua debu yang terakumulasi selama pengiriman.
9. Diamkan kulkas pada posisi berdiri stabil selama 2-3 jam sebelum dinyalakan.
10. Pasang steker kulkas pada stopkontak. Jangan menggunakan adaptor steker. Bila kulkas perlu dipindahkan agar Anda dapat menjangkau stopkontak, jangan lupa memutar naik kaki pengaman sebelum menggeser kulkas.
11. Dianjurkan untuk membiarkan kulkas menyala selama dua hingga tiga jam sebelum memasukkan makanan. Dengan demikian Anda dapat memeriksa terlebih dahulu apakah kulkas bekerja dengan baik.
Kulkas ini dilengkapi dengan lapisan plastik pelindung pada pintu dan kabinetnya. Lapisan ini bisa dilepas bila diinginkan.

Jagalah agar lubang-lubang ventilasi pada rumah kulkas atau struktur tempat kulkas dipasang bebas dari hambatan.
Pengoperasian kulkas
Kulkas bekerja dengan membuang panas dari makanan di dalamnya ke udara luar.
Proses ini menyebabkan sisi belakang, samping, dan daerah sekitar pintu kulkas, terutama saat kulkas baru menyala, terasa hangat hingga panas, hal ini adalah normal.
Terdapat koil pendingin di balik dinding belakang ruang dalam kulkas. Koil ini mendinginkan dan membuang kelembapan dari udara. Sebuah kipas kemudian menyirkulasikan udara dingin kering dalam ruang kulkas.
Sirkulasi udara ini menyebabkan pendinginan makanan jauh lebih cepat dibandingkan kulkas dengan udara yang relatif tidak bergerak.
Hindarkan meletakkan makanan dekat lubang hembusan udara karena akan mengganggu sirkulasi udara.
Kadang-kadang dapat muncul sedikit bunga es pada bagian dalam freezer yang dingin bila pintu kulkas sering dibuka. Hal ini adalah normal dan pada berbagai kondisi lingkungan, akan hilang setelah beberapa hari.

Pastikan pintu freezer ditutup rapat setelah memasukkan atau mengeluarkan makanan. Bila pintu terbuka sebagian, akan terbentuk bunga es tebal di dalam freezer. Bila ini terjadi, singkirkan bunga tersebut. Pastikan pintu kulkas selalu ditutup rapat untuk mencegah terbentuknya kembali bunga es.

Kulkas dengan efisiensi energi tinggi ini menggunakan kompresor kecepatan tinggi dan komponen-komponen hemat energi lainnya yang dapat menghasilkan berbagai bunyi asing yang berbeda dari kulkas lama Anda.
Bunyi-bunyi tersebut adalah normal dan mencakup:
· Bunyi kompresor bekerja;
· Bunyi gerakan udara dari motor kipas kecil;
· Bunyi gemercik seperti air mendidih;
· Bunyi letupan yang terdengar saat defrosting otomatis; dan
· Bunyi berdetik, sebelum kompresor menyala.
Bunyi-bunyi tersebut adalah normal dan tidak akan menyebabkan kulkas memberi nada alarm.

Pengaturan Temperatur

Setelan standar pabrik: Kompartemen pendingin = 50C

Freezer = -18oC

Bila Anda ingin mengubah temperatur, ikutilah petunjuk di bagian Antarmuka Pengguna untuk model kulkas Anda. Pastikan untuk melakukan hanya sedikit perubahan dan tunggulah 24 jam untuk mengetahui apakah perubahan tersebut sudah sesuai dengan keinginan Anda.
Catatan: Ketika temperatur disetel, yang diubah adalah temperatur rata-rata untuk seluruh kompartemen pendingin kulkas.
Kelembutan es krim bisa menjadi indikasi yang baik apakah temperatur freezer sudah tepat, sementara temperatur air yang disimpan dalam kompartemen pendingin merupakan indikasi yang baik mengenai temperatur ruang penyimpanan makanan tersebut.

Pengaturan fungsi pada layar LED
Catatan: layar akan padam setelah 20 detik tanpa aktivitas, dan akan menyala kembali bila ada tombol yang disentuh.
Pemilihan fitur tiap kali tombol "MODE" ditekan, mode operasi akan berganti bergiliran.
· Mode Eco kompartemen pendingin bekerja pada 3oC sementara freezer bekerja pada -18oC. Jangan menyimpan makanan segar saat mode liburan aktif.
· Mode Quick Freeze Ketika mode super freezer dipilih, kompresor bekerja kontinu untuk membekukan makanan dengan lebih cepat sehingga makanan tetap segar. Mode super freezer akan mati sendiri setelah bekerja 24 jam atau ketika freezer mencapai -28oC. Ikon super freezer akan padam dan freezer melanjutkan bekerja pada temperatur normal yang dipilih.
· Ikon Quick Chill Ketika mode super fridge dipilih, kompartemen pendingin mencapai temperatur yang diinginkan dalam waktu paling singkat agar makanan menjadi sesegar mungkin. Dalam mode ini, temperatur kompartemen pendingin terkunci pada 2oC. Program bekerja selama maksimum 150 menit dan kemudian berhenti secara otomatis. Ikon super fridge padam, yang menunjukkan fungsi super fridge mati, temperatur yang dipilih kembali ke posisi terakhir sebelum mode super fridge bekerja.

Pengaturan kompartemen freezer - suhu default freezer adalah -18°c. Untuk mengubah suhu tekan tombol "Zone", ketika ikon zona freezer muncul berkedip, lalu tekan "Temperature" untuk mengatur suhu zona freezer.

Kisaran pengaturan suhu zo na lemari es: 2°C~ 8°C.

Tombol kunci - Tekan tombol "LOCK hold 3sec" untuk mengaktifkan mode kunci. Ikon kuncinya adalah bisa dilihat. Saat lemari es berada dalam mode ini, tombol-tombol lain pada panel kontrol tidak akan berfungsi berfungsi, ketika tombol disentuh ikon kunci akan berkedip. Untuk keluar dari mode kunci, tekan dan tahan tombol kunci selama 3 detik hingga ikon tidak lagi ditampilkan.

Pengaturan fungsi pada layar LED
Catatan: layar akan padam setelah 20 detik tanpa aktivitas, dan akan menyala kembali bila ada tombol yang disentuh.
Pemilihan fitur tiap kali tombol "MODE" ditekan, mode operasi akan berganti bergiliran.
· Mode Eco kompartemen pendingin bekerja pada 3oC sementara freezer bekerja pada -18oC. Jangan menyimpan makanan segar saat mode liburan aktif.
· Mode Quick Freeze Ketika mode super freezer dipilih, kompresor bekerja kontinu untuk membekukan makanan dengan lebih cepat sehingga makanan tetap segar. Mode super freezer akan mati sendiri setelah 24 jam bekerja atau ketika freezer mencapai -28oC. Ikon super freezer akan padam dan freezer melanjutkan bekerja pada temperatur normal yang dipilih.
· Ikon Quick Chill Ketika mode super fridge dipilih, kompartemen pendingin mencapai temperatur yang diinginkan dalam waktu paling singkat agar makanan menjadi sesegar mungkin. Dalam mode ini, temperatur kompartemen pendingin terkunci pada 2oC. Program bekerja selama maksimum 150 menit dan kemudian berhenti secara otomatis. Ikon super fridge padam, yang menunjukkan fungsi super fridge mati, temperatur yang dipilih kembali ke posisi terakhir sebelum mode super fridge bekerja.

Cara melepas: Tahan kedua sisi rak botol dengan kedua tangan. Tekan dari samping tanpa bos dan tekan ke arah dalam sesuai arah panah. Saat menekan kuat-kuat, perhatikan bahwa pengait di pinggir rak botol terlepas dari alur pada liner. Kemudian rak botol bisa dilepas.

1. Pegang kedua sisi tangki dengan tangan dan tarik tangki air dari pintu sedikit ke arah yang ditunjukkan pada gambar. Catatan: Komponen silikon transparan dari katup sil air bisa ikut terlepas saat melepas tangki air. Bila demikian, lepaskan dari tangki dan pasang kembali sesuai langkah-langkah berikut.

Crisper Bin

Rak Kaca Saat melepas rak kaca, tekan pin yang bisa digeser di bawah rak dengan kedua tangan dan pada saat yang sama tekan ke arah dalam. Maka rak kaca akan terlepas.
Lampu LED Kulkas ini menggunakan lampu LED yang tahan lama. Bila lampu LED tersebut rusak, lampu hanya boleh diservis oleh Electrolux, agen servisnya, atau teknisi berkualifikasi serupa. Untuk perincian kontak, lihat halaman garansi.

3. Tekan flens tutup tangki air agak ke atas, kemudian tutup tangki air bisa dipisahkan dari tangki air. Lepaskan sisi yang satu lagi dengan cara yang sama. Tangki serta tutupnya dapat dibersihkan setelah dibongkar. 4. Pasang katup air dengan memutarnya searah jarum jam setelah dibersihkan. Saat memasang tutup tangki, pasang satu sisi terlebih dahulu (jangan menekan seluruh bagian), kemudian masukkan sisi yang lain. Tekan kuat pinggiran tangki air untuk memasang tangki. Pasang kembali seluruh rangkaian tangki air pada sudut 45o pada pintu. Tekan sedikit pinggir luar tangki air ke arah bawah agar masuk ke pintu.
Isi tangki dengan air minum murni ( * )
Buka tutup lubang pengisian tangki air . Isi tangki dengan air minum murni hingga tanda maksimum "2L". Kemudian rapatkan tutup lubang pengisian.. Agar tidak tumpah, gunakan wadah berleher sempit untuk mengisi air.
* Hanya air layak minum atau air mineral yang bisa disimpan dalam tangki air.

Sil pintu
Selalu jaga sil pintu tetap bersih. Makanan dan minuman yang bersifat lengket bisa menyebabkan sil melekat pada kabinet dan robek ketika pintu dibuka. Bersihkan sil pintu dengan air hangat dan detergen lembut. Bilas tuntas dan keringkan.

Jangan sekali-kali menggunakan air panas, zat pelarut, zat pembersih dapur komersial, pembersih aerosol, obat poles logam, zat pembersih kaustik atau abrasif, atau sabut gosok untuk membersihkan kulkas ini karena akan merusaknya. Konsumsi energi

8. Bila ruang freezer diisi hingga kapasitasnya, massa makanan akan membantu mempertahankan temperatur freezer ketika pintu freezer dibuka.
Mematikan kulkas
Bila Anda pergi liburan untuk waktu singkat, kulkas tidak perlu dimatikan.
Bila Anda pergi liburan panjang dan ingin kulkas dimatikan, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut.
1. Keluarkan semua makanan dari kompartemen pendingin dan freezer.
2. Matikan kulkas dan cabut steker kulkas dari stopkontak.
3. Bersihkan bagian dalam kulkas.
4. Biarkan pintu kulkas terbuka. Hal ini mencegah bakteri tumbuh dan menimbulkan bau dalam kulkas.
Bila listrik padam
Bila listrik di daerah Anda padam, jangan membuka pintu freezer. Sebagian besar makanan dalam freezer akan tetap beku selama 24 jam.

Bila menurut Anda ada masalah dengan kulkas, Anda dapat melakukan beberapa pemeriksaan sederhana sebelum menghubungi teknisi servis. Anda dapat menemukan masalahnya sendiri yang akan menghindari kerepotan, menghemat waktu dan uang Anda.

Kulkas tidak bisa bekerja.

· Pastikan steker telah terpasang pada stopkontak berarus listrik dengan baik dan stopkontak telah dinyalakan.

· Coba gunakan alat lain pada stopkontak yang sama. Bila tidak ada arus pada stopkontak tersebut, mungkin sekring listrik rumah Anda putus atau jatuh.

· Coba mengatur temperatur ke posisi yang sedikit "lebih dingin".

· Adalah normal bila freezer TIDAK bekerja selama siklus defrost otomatis, atau sesaat setelah kulkas baru dinyalakan.

Terdengar bunyi-bunyian dari kompartemen pendingin /freezer.

Kompartemen pendingin /freezer modern dengan kapasitas lebih besar menggunakan kompresor kecepatan tinggi. Kompresor ini bisa mengeluarkan bunyi yang terdengar lebih bising, yang merupakan hal normal. Di antara bunyi-bunyi yang normal mencakup: · Bunyi gemercik seperti air mendidih. · Bunyi air mengalir (udara bersirkulasi karena kipas kecil). · Suara letupan selama defrost otomatis.

Bunyi-bunyi aneh lain bisa berarti kulkas perlu diperiksa dan suatu tindakan perlu diambil. Misalnya, bunyibunyi tertentu bisa berarti bahwa: · Posisi kabinet tidak datar. · Lantai tidak rata atau kokoh. · Penempatan botol tidak bagus dan botol-botol saling berbenturan. · Ada getaran dari barang-barang yang berada di atas atau di belakang atau di samping kulkas. · Bagian belakang kabinet kulkas bersentuhan dengan dinding.

Namun agar operasi motor minimum, periksalah hal-hal berikut: · Apakah pintu terbuka terlalu lama atau terlalu sering? · Apakah setelan temperatur terlalu dingin? Lihat "Penggunaan panel kontrol" tentang cara menyetelnya. · Apakah sejumlah besar makanan hangat baru dimasukkan? Musim panas, waktu pesta dan liburan

Adalah normal bila pintu freezer terbuka sesaat dan menutup lagi ketika pintu kompartemen pendingin ditutupkan. Bila pintu freezer tidak menutup kembali, hal ini menunjukkan kabinet kulkas perlu dimiringkan ke belakang sedikit lagi. Bila untuk hal ini Anda menghubungi teknisi servis, akan ada biaya sebagai panggilan servis karena hal ini bukan masalah yang ditanggung garansi.

Bila temperatur panas /hangat di sisi luar dan belakang kulkas.

Dalam operasi normal, kulkas memindahkan panas dari bagian dalam ke bagian luar kabinet. Adalah normal bila bagian samping dan belakang kulkas menjadi hangat /panas ketika kulkas bekerja. Hal ini akan lebih terasa saat kulkas baru menyala dan dalam kondisi lingkungan panas.

Ketika ada kebocoran di dispenser air

1. Jangan menuangkan minuman apa pun ke dalam tangki air kecuali air minum/air mineral

2. Pastikan katup dispenser cukup ketat.

3. Bersihkan tangka air sepenuhnya Bila kulkas mengalami masalah dan masalahnya tidak bisa diselesaikan setelah hal-hal di atas diperiksa, hubungi Pusat Servis
