Thank you for purchasing this unique combination dance & piano mat. Please read & keep these instructions to fully enjoy all the functions and features.

How to Play in Dance Mode

Press the "[Start Dance Mode]" icon on the mat to activate the dance mode. There are 5 levels of dance routines, each with its own tune. To play, follow the coloured & numbered lights on the controller box as they light up.

To help you, every level has 3 speeds: slow, normal, and fast. To speed up, press the "[Fast]" icon; to slow down, press the "[Slow]" icon.

Level 1

Look at the control box and see which lights turn on, then step or press on the corresponding number/colour on the mat. If you see the light is on for number 1, you need to step on number 1. If you press the wrong number, you will hear a "boing" sound. You have 7 attempts to get it right. This level lasts for 1 minute. If your "boings" are more than 7, the game time is over, and you need to press the "[Start Dance Mode]" icon again. If it is less than 7, you will move automatically to the next level.

Level 2

Basically, the same as Level 1, the only difference is that the timing of the lights will be shorter.

Level 3

This level will get more difficult; there may be 2 indication lights turning on at the same time.

Level 4

There may be one, two, or three lights on at the same time. Try using your hands and feet.

Level 5

The final and most difficult level, with up to 4 lights on at the same time. Pass the level to win.

You can restart the game at any time by pressing the "[Start Dance Mode]" icon.

How to Play in Piano Mode

Press the "[Start Piano Mode]" icon to activate the piano mode.

1. There are 8 piano icons/keys on the mat; press them to play the 8 individual piano notes to create your own tunes.
2. Press the 5 white circles with notes at the bottom of the mat to play along to five well-known songs.
3. The lights on the controller box will light up to show you which number or coloured key to press.
4. To help you, every song has 3 speeds (slow, normal, fast). To speed up, press the "[Fast]" icon; to slow down, press the "[Slow]" icon.
5. Press the white circle once to play along with the complete song (lights on the controller box light up as you are playing).
6. Press again to play the song with just the backing (lights on the controller box light up as you should be playing the notes).
7. Press again to play the song solo (lights on the controller box light up as you should be playing the notes).
8. Press the "[Record]" icon to activate the record mode (it will delete the previous recording and start a new recording).
9. Press the "[Play]" icon to play back your recording. The recording will be deleted when the mat is powered off.

The mat will enter into power-saving mode if there is no operation for more than 5 minutes. The Mat can be re-activated by pressing any key.

Maintenance and Cautions

1. This toy is for children aged 3+ years. Adult supervision is required.
2. Do not use knives, scissors, or other sharp objects to jab, cut, or damage the mat. Please take out the batteries if you are not using the mat for a long period of time.
3. Do not mix old and new batteries. Replacement or recharging of batteries must be supervised by adults.
4. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the toy before charging.
5. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
6. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. Flat batteries must be removed from the mat.
