V100S Smart Band Quick Guide

1. Getting Started

  1. 1.1 Charge the device ⚡

    Connect the magnetic charging cable to the back of the smart band and plug the USB end into a compatible USB power adapter or port.

  2. 1.2 Wear the device ⌚

    Wear the smart band snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width above your wrist bone. Ensure the sensor on the back is in contact with your skin for accurate readings.

2. Basic Functions

  1. 2.1 Touch operation ?

    The V100S Smart Band features a touch screen for navigation. Swipe up to view notifications, swipe down for quick settings, and swipe left or right to cycle through different screens or widgets.

  2. 2.2 Switch watch faces

    Press and hold the current watch face to enter the watch face selection screen. Swipe left or right to choose a new watch face and tap to confirm.

  3. 2.3 View notifications

    Swipe up from the bottom of the watch face to view incoming calls, messages, and app alerts. You may need to pair the device with your smartphone via the companion app.

  4. 2.4 Check heart rate ❤️

    Navigate to the Heart Rate app on the band and tap to start a measurement. For continuous monitoring, enable the setting in the companion app.

  5. 2.5 Measure blood oxygen ?

    Access the Blood Oxygen app and follow the on-screen prompts to start a measurement. Remain still during the process for accurate results.

  6. 2.6 Measure blood pressure ?

    Locate and open the Blood Pressure app. Follow the instructions to take a reading. Ensure the band is worn correctly and you are in a relaxed state.

  7. 2.7 Sleep tracking ?

    Wear the band while sleeping to automatically track your sleep duration and quality, including light, deep, and REM sleep stages.

  8. 2.8 Activity tracking ?

    The band automatically tracks your daily steps, distance covered, and calories burned. You can also manually start specific workout modes.

  9. 2.9 Find phone ?

    If your phone is within Bluetooth range and connected, you can use the 'Find Phone' feature on the band to make your phone ring.

  10. 2.10 Music control ?

    Control music playback on your connected smartphone directly from your wrist, including play, pause, skip track, and volume adjustment.

  11. 2.11 Timer ⏱️

    Set countdown timers for various activities.

  12. 2.12 Stopwatch ⏳

    Use the stopwatch function to measure elapsed time.

  13. 2.13 Alarm ⏰

    Set and manage alarms directly on the device.

  14. 2.14 Weather ☁️

    View current weather conditions and forecasts for your location (requires smartphone connection and location services).

  15. 2.15 Settings ⚙️

    Access various settings such as display brightness, vibration intensity, do not disturb mode, and system updates.
