Charging Your Product

ATTENTION:

ATTENTION:

Charging may be affected by high or low temperatures. If the battery temperature exceeds 53°C due to continuous high-power discharge, charging will stop. It will resume automatically when the temperature drops below 50°C.

1. LCD Battery Display

The battery is indicated by 5 segments, representing approximately 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% capacity. Segments disappear as the product is used. During charging, a segment blinks at a 1-second interval. All segments are solid when fully charged.

2. Charge Through Solar Panel

Place the solar panel in direct sunlight. Connect the solar panel's output port to the product's input port. Charging is indicated by blinking LCD indicators. Full charge is indicated by solid indicators.

Charging efficiency depends on weather, ambient temperature, sunlight strength, and panel angle. The solar panel's output voltage should not exceed 22V. For optimal efficiency, use solar panels with an open circuit voltage of 18-22V.

3. Charge Through AC Adapter

Plug the original AC adapter into the machine's DC input port. Battery indicators will blink during charging. Charging is complete when indicators stop blinking and remain solid. Unplug the charger promptly after full charge.

It typically takes about 9 hours to fully charge using the original power adapter. When charging via the DC INPUT port, the PD 60W port cannot output.

4. Charge Through Your Car

Plug the car charger into the 12V car's cigarette lighter socket and then into the machine's DC input port. The car charger has a 10A protector tube. Charging is indicated by blinking battery indicators.

Notes:

To prevent car battery power loss, charge only when the car engine is started. This function is for 12V cars only.

Protection mode (DC input):

Due to varying car models, charging may not be full. Under-voltage protection prevents charging if the car's voltage is too low.

5. Charge by PD mode

Plug your PD charger to the PD 60W IN/OUT Dock.

Using Your Product

1. Buttons

  • Power Button: Long press for 3 seconds to turn the machine on.
  • AC Button: Press to turn on AC function (AC icon appears on screen). Press again to turn off.
  • DC Button: Press to turn on DC function. Press again to turn off. The DC function automatically shuts down after 30 seconds without load.
  • USB Button: Press to turn on USB function. Press again to turn off. The USB function automatically shuts down after 30 seconds without load.

2. Light Modes

  • Press the button to turn on the light (strong mode).
  • Press again for SOS mode.
  • Press again for flash mode.
  • Press again to turn off the light.

Warning! DO NOT stare the light straightly!

3. USB Output Function

USB-A Ports (Quick Charge 3.0):

  • 5V/3A, 3.6V~6V/3A, 6V~9V/2A, 9V~12V/1.5A

USB-C PD Output:

  • 30W: 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/2.25A, 15V/2A, 20V/1.5A
  • 60W (Input/Output): 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/3A

When using two USB-A and USB-C ports simultaneously, the total output for these three ports is limited to 5V/5.5A.

4. DC Outputs

The two DC5521 ports (5.5mm diameter) offer a maximum combined output current of 10A, distributing current automatically to connected devices for optimal charging time. Each port can be connected to a cigarette lighter device (power requirement not exceeding 100W).

Notes:

When AC, DC, and USB are outputting simultaneously and the total battery current exceeds 38A, a buzzer alarm will sound after 5 minutes, displaying fault code E11. If the alarm persists for over 30 seconds, DC output will be forcibly turned off to reduce current and ensure safety. Do not attempt to re-enable DC output if it was turned off due to overload. DC output will also be forcibly closed if the battery voltage drops below 11.6V and requires charging to resume.

Protection mode (DC outputs):

Short circuit protection: The machine beeps and stops charging if a short circuit occurs to external devices.

5. AC Output

Plug the AC appliance's power cable into the machine's AC outlet. Press the power button to enter AC mode. Ensure the connected appliance's power is less than 300W.

The LCD screen backlight dims after 2 minutes of inactivity. The machine shuts down automatically when not working. AC output is forcibly closed if battery voltage is less than 11.6V and requires charging to resume. AC output automatically shuts off after 8 hours of inactivity. Turn off AC power when not in use.

Protection mode (AC output):

Features undervoltage, overload, short circuit, and overtemperature protection using a double isolation circuit. In case of overload, overtemperature, or short circuit, the machine will beep, the AC icon will flash, and the machine will automatically shut down for safety.
