To pair:
- Access Bluetooth settings on your source device.
- Locate "MW07" and connect.
- The light will stop flashing, and a tone will confirm successful pairing.
To pair with a different device: Long press the button on the right earphone while it is out of your ear until the indicator light slowly pulses, then repeat the pairing process.
Temperature Range
Operation and Storage: -4°F to 113°F (-20°C to 45°C).
Battery Charging: 41°F to 104°F (5°C to 40°C).
NFMI (Near Field Magnetic Induction)
Master & Dynamic uses NFMI technology for connecting the earphones. While this is industry-leading, interference or micro dropouts may occur due to factors like door security systems, token machines, large metal objects, or proximity to other NFMI-enabled devices.
Maintenance/Care
Clean the proximity sensor with a damp Q-tip or cloth if pause/play functions are affected.
Clean the earphone acetate with a microfiber cloth. Do not use alcohol or other cleaning substances.
Clean ear tips and earphones with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not soak or allow moisture near drivers or cable jacks.
Avoid dropping, sitting on, or exposing the product to water, moisture, or extreme temperatures. Earphones are IPX4 water-resistant; the charging case is IPX3 water-resistant.
Store earphones in the charging case when not in use.
Hearing Health
Listen at moderate volumes and for reasonable durations. Ringing, discomfort, or sensitivity may indicate damage. It is recommended to set your preferred listening level and then reduce it by 10% or more, as ears can adapt to lower volumes.
NIHL (Noise-Induced Hearing Loss)
NIHL is irreversible damage caused by exposure to excessive decibel levels. This can occur from single loud events or prolonged exposure to sounds over 85 dB.
General Sound Level References:
- Refrigerator humming: 45 dB
- Normal conversation: 60 dB
- City traffic: 85 dB
- Motorcycles: 95 dB
- MP3 player at full volume: 105 dB
- Sirens: 120 dB
- Firecrackers: 150 dB
The NIDCD recommends avoiding sound exposure that is "too loud, too close or too long."
Troubleshooting
Earphones and Device Do Not Pair:
- Ensure earphones are out of the charging case during pairing. Cycle power by placing them in the case and closing the lid, then removing them. The right earphone's indicator light should pulse slowly.
- Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON on the source device.
- Turn OFF Bluetooth on any other paired devices.
- Confirm "MW07" is selected in the Bluetooth device list.
No Audio or Poor Audio Quality:
- Move the source device closer to the earphones.
- Try a different music application or track.
- Try a different audio device.
Play/Pause Not Working When Placing In/Removing From Ear:
Clean the proximity sensor with a damp Q-tip or cloth.
Battery Level Indicators on Charging Case Not Lighting Up:
- Ensure the charging case is charged.
- Ensure earphones are properly placed inside the case (L for left, R for right).
- Ensure charging pads on earphones and pins in the case are clean. Use a damp Q-tip or cloth.
Note: If the charging case battery is depleted while earphones are inside, the indicator lights may not illuminate.
