Charging

Charging the Earphones

The earphones automatically charge after being placed in the charging case.

Charging the Charging Case

During charging, the charging indicator light glows white and turns off after full charge.

Checking Battery Level

Please check the battery level of the earphones.

After connecting the earphones to your phone, you can check the earphone battery level in the phone's status bar.

Note: The phone's status bar always displays the battery level of the earphone with the lowest charge. This feature is not supported by some phones.

Checking the Charging Case Battery Level

Open the charging case lid or place the earphones in the charging case:

1. The charging case indicator glowing for 5 seconds indicates sufficient battery level.
2. The charging indicator flashes white, indicating a low battery level for the charging case. Please recharge it immediately.

Checking Battery Level via Phone

After successfully connecting to your phone, place the earphones in the charging case and close the lid. Ensure that the Bluetooth function is enabled on your Mi phone.

Bring your phone close to the charging case and open the lid. A notification will appear on your phone, after which you can check the battery level of the earphones and the charging case.

Note: To check the phone's battery level, ensure your Mi phone is updated to the latest stable version. Currently, only some Mi phones support this function.

Powering On

The earphones automatically turn on when the charging case is opened.

Note: For first-time use, place the earphones in the charging case and close the lid to activate them.

Sleep Mode

Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid. The connection to the earphones will be interrupted, and they will automatically enter sleep mode.

Wearing

Remove the earphones from the charging case and insert them into your ears according to the "Left" (L) and "Right" (R) markings.

Attention: After finishing use, place the earphones back into the charging case. This will extend the life of the earphones and help prevent loss.

Connection

Connecting Earphones to a New Device

1. Place the earphones in the charging case, then press and hold the touch area on either earphone for 3 seconds. The earphone indicator will flash white, and the earphones will be waiting for a connection.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device, then find and connect to "Mi TW Earphones 2 Basic". If prompted for a password, enter "0000".

Connecting Earphones to a Phone

Place the earphones in the charging case and close the lid. Ensure that the Bluetooth function is enabled on your Mi phone. Bring your phone close to the charging case and open the lid. Follow the on-screen instructions on your phone to connect to the earphones.

Note: The quick connection feature is currently supported only by some Mi phones. You need to update your Mi phone to the latest stable version.

Disconnecting

When your device is out of the earphones' range or Bluetooth is turned off, the earphones will automatically enter connection standby mode. If the earphones are not connected to any device within five minutes, they will enter sleep mode.

Automatic Reconnection

When the earphones are in the charging case, opening the charging case lid will automatically connect the earphones to the last used Bluetooth device. If the earphones are not connected to any device within five minutes, they will enter sleep mode.

Attention: If the earphones cannot automatically connect to a device, you need to manually connect them to the desired device via the device's Bluetooth settings.

Due to the characteristics of the Bluetooth signal, in complex environments with 2.4 GHz electromagnetic signal interference, random disconnections or lack of sound may occur.

Clearing Connection History

1. Place the left and right earphones in the charging case.
2. Simultaneously press and hold the touch areas of both the left and right earphones for seven seconds, then release the touch areas when the earphone indicators turn white.
3. The earphones have been reset, and the connection history has been cleared. The earphone indicators flash white, and the earphones are waiting for connection.

Notes

1. The voice assistant function can only be used if your device supports it, and you need to grant permission on the device for this function.
2. When using only the left earphone, place the right earphone in the charging case and close the lid.

Precautions

• Do not expose batteries and battery packs to excessive heat, such as direct sunlight or fire.
• Do not replace the battery with an unsuitable battery, which may compromise protection (e.g., fire, explosion, leakage of corrosive electrolyte, etc.).
• Do not dispose of batteries by burning them or placing them in a hot oven. Do not subject them to mechanical destruction or cutting, as this may cause an explosion.
• Do not leave the battery in an environment with very high temperatures, which may lead to explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
• Do not expose the battery to extremely low air pressure, which may lead to explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
• USING THE WRONG TYPE OF BATTERY MAY RESULT IN AN EXPLOSION.
• DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO REGULATIONS.
