Important Notes
- This firmware update process is exclusively for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. It cannot be performed on a Mac.
- It is crucial to follow all instructions precisely to ensure a successful update.
- Disconnect all external devices from the docking station and the host computer before starting, except for the docking station's power adapter and the Thunderbolt 3/4 cable connecting it to the host.
Update Process Overview
The update involves several key stages:
