Class Overview and Expectations
- Class Flow: The class is structured for an 8-hour duration, including breaks and a 30-minute lunch. It features guided hands-on scenarios followed by self-guided practice.
- Education Environment: Participants will engage in a training environment that may differ from live application interfaces.
- Learner Expectations: Attendees are expected to stay with the instructor, raise hands for questions, and keep cell phones on silent, refraining from checking emails or texting during instruction.

Communications and Access
Stay informed through daily email checks, including standard EHR Education Emails every Tuesday and IT/IS Updates. Munson Healthcare emails are sent regularly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Access the Clinical EHR Education Website for resources. Navigate to the 'End User Specific' section, add it to your Favorites bar for quick access, and familiarize yourself with the education resources available.
Login Procedures
Login to your computer using your personal Munson user ID and password. Ensure you use your PRIMARY Munson healthcare login. For training purposes, login to TRAIN Powerchart T2062B by opening Citrix Storefront and using the provided username and password.
