Safety First
Important Safety Information: This grill is for outdoor use only. Read all instructions before assembly and use. Keep children and pets away from the grill during operation. Always ensure the grill is on a stable, level surface. Maintain a safe distance from combustible materials (at least 3 ft. from walls, 10 ft. from ignition sources).

General Warnings:
- Never use indoors or in enclosed spaces.
- Do not use charcoal or ceramic briquets in a gas grill.
- Do not cover grates with aluminum foil; this blocks ventilation.
- In case of grease fire, turn off controls and LP tank. Do not use water.
- Ensure proper ventilation for the LP cylinder.
- Never store a spare LP cylinder under or near the appliance or in an enclosed area.
- Never fill a cylinder beyond 80% full.
- If you smell gas, turn off the gas supply, extinguish any open flame, open the lid, and keep away from the appliance. Call your gas supplier or fire department if the odor continues.
Assembly
Refer to the detailed assembly steps provided in the manual. Ensure all parts are correctly aligned and secured. Do not overtighten screws that contact porcelain-coated surfaces to prevent cracking.

Use and Care
LP Cylinder Handling:
- Use only approved LP cylinders (20 lb. capacity maximum).
- Ensure the cylinder valve has a Type 1 outlet and an OPD safety feature.
- Always keep LP cylinders upright during use, transit, and storage.
- Leak test the cylinder connection before each use.
- Use a 50/50 mild soap and water solution for leak testing.
- Never use household cleaning agents.
- Store cylinders outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from children and ignition sources.
Grill Operation:
- Ignitor Lighting: Turn gas burner controls to OFF, open lid, turn ON gas at LP cylinder, push and turn burner knob to HIGH, and push the electronic ignitor button. If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds, turn controls OFF, wait 5 minutes, and repeat.
- Match-Lighting: Turn gas burner controls to OFF, open lid, turn ON gas at LP cylinder. Place a lit match in the match holder and light the burner. Push and turn the burner knob to HIGH.
- Burner Flame Check: Ensure flames are blue with yellow tips. Adjust knobs from HIGH to LOW to check flame size.
- Turning Grill Off: Turn all control knobs to OFF and turn the LP cylinder valve clockwise to a full stop.
Cleaning:
- Clean cooking grates regularly, preferably after each cookout.
- Remove grease tray and empty after each use, once the grill has cooled.
- Clean the interior of the grill lid and bottom with a detergent solution.
- For stubborn stains on porcelain surfaces, use a baking soda/water solution.
- For stainless steel surfaces, wash with mild detergent and warm soapy water, wiping dry with a soft cloth.
- Ensure no loose bristles remain on cooking surfaces if using a bristle brush.
Troubleshooting
Burner(s) will not light using ignitor:
- Check battery orientation and replace if necessary.
- Ensure the button assembly is properly installed.
- Check electrode position and wire connections.
- Clean electrodes and burner tubes.
Sudden drop in gas flow or low flame:
- Check if LP cylinder is empty.
- Ensure the excess flow valve has not tripped.
- Reconnect the coupling nut and leak test.
Flashback (fire in burner tube):
- Turn off gas and clean burner tubes.
Grease Fire:
- Turn off controls and LP cylinder valve. Let fire burn out. Clean grill after cooling.
