What to Do If One of Your Earbuds Keeps Flashing Pink
If one of your Jabra Elite 5 earbuds is flashing pink, it may indicate that only one earbud was reset, or the reset process for both earbuds was interrupted. Follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Reset and Re-pair Procedure:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case with the lid open. Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged.
- Press and hold the left and right buttons on the earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds, until the earbud LEDs flash pink.
- Once the earbud LEDs stop flashing pink, the earbuds have been successfully reset.
Note: After resetting, the earbuds will need to be re-paired to your mobile device. It is recommended to delete or "forget" the previous pairing from your mobile device's Bluetooth settings before re-pairing.
