Mobile App and Computer App
The EDIFIER ConneX app and EDIFIER TempoHub computer application allow you to switch EQs, select or customize light effects, upgrade firmware, and access more functions.
EDIFIER ConneX App
EDIFIER ConneX Mobile App Setup
- With your smart device, scan the QR code on the quick start guide or the packaging. You can also search for "EDIFIER ConneX" in Apple App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).
- Download and install the app.
- Connect your smart device with the speaker via Bluetooth.
- In Bluetooth mode, open EDIFIER ConneX App on your smart device.
- Tap the menu for settings and playback control.
Note: The BLE connection between your smart device and the speaker remains active when the speaker is switched to USB/AUX mode.
EDIFIER TempoHub Computer Application Setup
- Access the link: https://www.edifier.com/PC.html to open the download page.
- Download and install the application on your computer.
Note: The following operating systems are supported: Windows 11, Windows 10, and MacOS 10.15 or later versions.

Cable Connection
Note: Power input: 100-240 V~ 50/60 Hz 300 mA.
When using the included USB cable, connect the USB connector near the ferrite bead to the USB port on the speaker.
Power On/Off
Press and hold the [mode/power button] for 1.5 seconds to power on/off the product.
Source Selection
Press the [mode button] to switch input sources. The indicator lights show the current source:
- USB: Blue indicator
- AUX: Red indicator
- Bluetooth: Green indicator
Bluetooth Connection
Connect to a Device
- Press the [mode button] to switch to Bluetooth input mode. If no device is connected, the speaker will auto-enter Bluetooth pairing mode (LED blinking in blue). If not, press and hold the [play/pause/bluetooth button] for 1.5 seconds.
- On your device, select "EDIFIER QR30" in its Bluetooth device list to connect. The blue LED will be steady lit when the connection is established.
- To disconnect from the current Bluetooth device, press and hold the [play/pause/bluetooth button] for 1.5 seconds.
Connect to Two Devices
- Connect to a device, then press and hold the [play/pause/bluetooth button] for 1.5 seconds (LED blinking in blue).
- On the second device, select "EDIFIER QR30" in its Bluetooth device list to connect. The blue LED will be steady lit when the connection is established.
- On the first device, select "EDIFIER QR30" in its Bluetooth device list to reconnect.
Pause or stop playback on the current Bluetooth device before streaming audio from the second one.
Notes on Bluetooth Connection:
- Pin code for connection is "0000" if needed.
- To enjoy all Bluetooth functions, ensure your audio source device supports A2DP and AVRCP profiles.
- If no device is connected in 10 minutes, the speaker switches to Bluetooth hidden mode (blue indicator blinks slowly). In this mode, new devices cannot find the speaker, but previously paired devices can reconnect. To exit hidden mode, press any button or knob on the speaker.
- After switching to Bluetooth input, the speaker will automatically reconnect to the last connected devices.
USB Connection
The following operating systems support USB audio streaming: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, and Windows 7.
Play Control
In AUX and USB modes, volume sync is not supported. Adjust the volume on the speaker and your device separately.
Use the [play/pause/bluetooth button] for play/pause and track skipping. Use the [mode button] to cycle through sources.
Light Effects
There are 12 preset light effects. You can assign 2 to 6 effects to the [light effects button] using the EDIFIER ConneX mobile app or EDIFIER TempoHub computer application.

Troubleshooting
Cannot connect to your Bluetooth device
- Ensure the distance between the product and your Bluetooth device is less than 10 meters and there are no obstacles.
- Ensure no other device is connected to this product via Bluetooth.
- Ensure the product is in Bluetooth pairing mode. If not, manually switch it to this mode.
- Restart the product, enable Bluetooth on your device, and try again.
No power
- Ensure the power cable is properly connected.
- Ensure the power supply is not disconnected.
No sound
- Ensure the product is powered on.
- Ensure the product and your device are properly connected.
- Ensure playback is not paused.
- Ensure the product and your device are not muted.
- Increase the volume on both the product and your device.
Noise coming from speakers
- EDIFIER speakers generate minimal noise. If background noise from your audio device is too high, unplug audio cables and turn up the volume. If no sound is heard at 1 meter from the speaker, the product is functioning correctly.
