Step 1: Mounting the Unit
Select a proper placement with approximately 200mm clearance above and below for heat dissipation. Install using the provided four screws.
For safety and compliance, install a circuit breaker or fuse between each power source. Ensure the breaker is tripped before connecting.
WARNING: Ventilation is crucial for lead-acid batteries to prevent explosion risk.
WARNING: Do not operate in wet or dusty environments.
CAUTION: Follow local rules and regulations during installation.
Step 2: Connection
Remove the terminal cover by unscrewing two screws.
PV Connection
Insert PV IN cables according to polarity markings on the terminal block.
Battery Connection
Insert BAT+/- cables according to polarity markings. Use a 5mm diameter round terminal block for battery cable connection.
AC IN/OUT Connection
Insert AC IN/OUT cables according to polarity markings. Ensure AC output terminals have grounding, connecting PE first. An additional grounding point is located externally.
WARNING: Use the proper recommended cable and terminal size as specified in the user manual to reduce fire risk.
CAUTION: Tighten terminal screws properly to minimize heat generation due to resistance.
Step 3: Final Assembly
Reattach the terminal cover and secure it with screws.
Step 4: Operation
- Close the breaker between the battery and inverter.
- Press the ON/OFF switch; corresponding icons will display on the panel.
- Close the breaker between the PV array and inverter; corresponding icons will display.
- Close the breaker between the utility grid and inverter; corresponding icons will display.
- Turn on the load and verify smooth operation.
Troubleshooting
Refer to the table for common fault codes and their remedies. For unlisted codes, consult the user manual.
Common Faults
- [03] Battery Disconnection: Check battery cables, circuit breaker, or Li-ion battery BMS communication.
- [09] PV Input Overvoltage: Ensure PV array open-circuit voltage does not exceed device limits. Reduce series PV modules if necessary.
- [21] Fan Fault: Check for obstructions in the fan.
- [43] Parallel Connection Error: Verify DB15 cable connection for multiple inverters or set parameter 31 to SIG for single inverter use.
