Cleaning Steps
Climbs steps but does not clean them.
Automatic Shut Down
Shuts down if not immersed in water within 1 minute of startup after initial 30-second check.
Stays on Pool Drain
Drain suction may cause this. Avoid opening drain during cleaning. Device self-corrects if stuck.
Eco Mode Operation
Activates 45-min bottom cleaning every 48 hours for a week. Device can stay in pool. Exits Eco Mode if woken during inactivity period.
Eco Mode Incomplete Cleanings
Ensure full charge. Low battery may prevent completion of programmed cycles.
Suboptimal Cleaning Performance
Check for clogged debris bin/filter (clean after use). Address impeller issues (see manual section 7.3) or replace aging parts.
Leaking Debris After Removal
Check for blockages at the debris bin's water inlet. Clean the device after each use.
Wall Climbing Issues
Caused by insufficient tread-to-wall contact or a full debris bin/clogged filter.
"Wheelie" Action
Likely due to a full debris bin or clogged filter. Flush the debris bin with a high-pressure water gun.
