Important Safety Precautions

Do not use, store, or leave the headset in places with high humidity, dust, smoke, or steam, or in locations with high temperatures, such as near a fire or in direct sunlight (e.g., inside a car).

Listening at high volumes may adversely affect your hearing.

Do not use the unit while walking, driving, or cycling, as this may cause traffic accidents.

Avoid use in hazardous areas unless you can clearly hear surrounding sounds.

The unit is not waterproof. If water or foreign matter enters the unit, it may cause fire or electric shock. Stop use immediately and consult your nearest Sony dealer if this occurs. Be particularly careful:

• Near sinks or liquid containers: Ensure the unit does not fall into water.
• In rain, snow, or humid locations.
• While perspiring: Wet hands or placing the unit in a damp pocket can cause it to get wet.

For details on the effects of contact with the human body from connected mobile phones or other wireless devices, refer to their respective instruction manuals.

Never insert the USB plug when the unit or charging cable is wet. Doing so may cause a short circuit due to liquid (tap water, seawater, soft drink, etc.) or foreign matter, leading to abnormal heat generation or malfunction.

This product contains magnets that may interfere with pacemakers, programmable shunt valves for hydrocephalus treatment, or other medical devices. Keep the product away from individuals using such devices. Consult your doctor before use if you rely on any medical device.

Magnets in this product may affect magnetic stripe cards, rendering them unusable.

Note on Static Electricity: If using the unit in dry air, static electricity buildup may cause discomfort. This is not a unit malfunction. Wearing clothes made of natural materials that do not easily generate static electricity can reduce this effect.

On BLUETOOTH™ Communications

Microwaves emitted from Bluetooth devices may affect electronic medical devices. Turn off this unit and other Bluetooth devices in locations such as hospitals, near priority seating on trains, areas with flammable gas, near automatic doors, or fire alarms to prevent accidents.

On Charging the Unit

Always use the supplied USB Type-C cable.

Notes on Wearing the Unit

The headphones create a tight seal. Forcibly pressing them against your ears or quickly removing them can damage your eardrums. A clicking sound from the speaker diaphragm when wearing the headphones is not a malfunction.

Other Notes

• When using the unit as wired headphones, use only the supplied headphone cable and ensure it is firmly inserted.
• Avoid applying weight or pressure to the unit for extended periods, including during storage, as this may cause deformation.
• Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort.
