I. Product Overview
1.1 Foreword
Thank you for choosing our HD video conference camera series. Please read the manual carefully before using the product.
1.2 Precautions
- In order to avoid damage to the product or any other product connected to it and possible hazard, please use the product in accordance within specified range. Also, before installing and using the product, please read the precautions below. When installing the video conference camera, please install it at a position with adequate support, handle each component carefully and do not touch the lens with hand to prevent from blurring.
- Cannot be installed in the rain and wet place; Do not use the camera beyond the limits of temperature, humidity, or power specifications.
- Do not disassemble the camera at your own discretion. The camera should not be repaired by the user. Installation and repair of the product shall be conducted by qualified professionals.
- Use a piece of soft and dry cloth to clean the camera cover when it needs to be cleaned, and in case of serious dirt, please use a neutral detergent to clean it gently.
- Do not use strong or erosive detergent, as it will damage the cover or lens;
- Do not aim the camera at any bright object reflecting or emitting strong light at any time, so as to avoid damage to sensors of the lens;
- Please handle with extreme care and do not squeeze the core components, so as to avoid camera failure;
- The installation bracket can provide a support force of at least three times the cameras total weight;

2.4 DIP switches at the bottom of camera
SW1 is the switch for setting camera address. Settings needs to be completed when the camera is off and before turning it on again. Please refer to the table below:

Digit 1 and 2 of SW2 are address switches for IR remote control, which can be toggled and set when the camera is on as the following table:

Digit 3 and 4 of SW2 are switches for selecting PTZ control protocol, which can be toggled and set when the camera is on as the following table:

Digit 5 of SW2 is the switch for setting PTZ hardware communication protocol. Settings needs to be completed when the camera is off and before turning it on again. Please refer to the table below:

IV. Remote control description
4.1 Remote control button function
- 1. IR emitting window.
- 2. Standby button, press to enter standby mode, and turn the camera on again with a second press.
- 3. Camera self-test button
- 4. Camera remote selection button, used in conjunction with DIP switches at the bottom of the camera to control a chosen camera. Please refer to description of digit 1 and 2 of SW2, DIP switches.
- 5. Functional zone for preset positions,
- Setting of preset position: when the camera turns to a desired position, press PRESET button and release to press a digit button. The digit is the serial number of the preset position.
- Call of Preset position: directly press the serial number saved for the preset position.
- Removal of Preset position: press the RESET button and then press the digit button for the saved preset position to delete it;
- 6. Upright image button;
- 7. Inverted image button;
- 8. PTZ control button, which can turn the camera up/down or left/right; When the HOME button is pressed, the camera resumes to its initial self-test position;

- 11. ZOOM SLOW button: Press ZOOM SLOW+ to zoomed in, Press ZOOM SLOW- to zoomed out
- 12. ZOOM FAST button: Press ZOOM FAST+ to zoomed in, Press ZOOM FAST- to zoomed out

- 15. Mirror Image button. Press the button to mirror camera image.
4.2 Menu Function description
Need to use the MENU, press the MENU button on the blue bring up the MENU, use the up and down keys to change the project (> symbol indicates the current item), using or so key change need to modify the value (V when modifying display format-MODE, when a change to the need to model, must according to the middle of the HOME button to confirm to modify saved). Press the MENU key again to close the MENU
Description of each column:
ZOOM | Displays the current magnification. This item cannot be modified. |
V-MODE | Modify the image output formats, 1080P25/P30, 1080i50/60, 720P50/60, press the left or right button to modify the format, and then press the HOME button to save the format. The default value is 1080P30 |
D-ZOOM | The digital zoom function is on or off. The default value is off |
BRIGHT | Brightness value, range 0 to 99, default value 50, press the left or right button to modify |
COLORHUE | Tonal value, range 0 to 99, default value 50, press the left or right button to modify |

V. Warranty
5.1 Scope of warranty
- The warranty period for the product is two years, in which free repair service will be provided;
- When the warranty period expires, free repair service will be provided for same failures within three months of paid repair;
- Failures caused by force majeure (such as war, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.), and abnormal operations or accidents such as improper use or incorrect installation method do not fall into the scope of warranty;
- Damages caused by pressure, violent vibration, rain shall be prevented from during transportation and storage. Such damages do not fall into the scope of warranty;
- The product shall be transported in its original packages with the components packed in separate packages, damages caused by transportation in packages after assembly or not using original packages do not fall into the scope of warranty;
- Users shall not disassemble the product without authorization, otherwise, it will void the warranty.
- For products out of the warranty period, a lifetime repair service is provided by the company with additional payment;
- For products to be repaired during the warranty period, please fill in the warranty form accordingly with details of failure, and the copy of sales invoice;
- The company shall bear no risk or responsibility for damages or losses caused by the use or application of the product for special purposes. Compensations made by the company caused by breach of contract, negligence or tort in relation to the product shall not exceed the sales amount of the product. The company shall not be liable to special, abrupt or continued damages caused by any other reason; the company reserves the right of final interpretation for the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
5.2 Conditions of warranty
For products to be repaired during the warranty period, the buyer shall provide the warranty card and detailed failure description together with the product.
5.3 Return
If the product needs to be returned for repair, customers may return to the company through supplier or return to the company directly. In case of direct return to the company, please contact us to expedite the process. The company only assumes the shipping cost from the company to customer after repair completes.
